The seats are fine for adults. We did not have any small children on our recent trip. Check with the company though and they are great about responding. The best in Berlin.

Sorry for the late answer. We do not take bookings or reservations. Only for groups of 15 guests or more. Please note that usually only 2 of the 3 ships using the pier are from our company and provide live commentary. A third ship from a different company often runs the tours with audio guide. For that reason I now have published a timetable where guests can see the departure times for the next two weeks on our facebook site. Please enter Reederei Hadynski. The times change every Monday and there always will be an update. There is always availability on the ship. We suggest you be at the pier 15 minutes prior to departure and on public holidays or the weekend if the weather is nice 30 minutes before. Kind regards

We share the pier with another company and 1 of 3 sailings each day might be with an audio guide. From now on we publish the departure times of our ships (Carola and Franziska) with live commentary with a weekly update on Facebook. Please search for Reederei Hadynski. It might happen twice each year that for reasons we can´t control these times change on short notice. In this case there also will be an update.

Hola, tengo que diserté que el tour es en aleman y ingles. Los adultos pagan 12 euros, estudiantes 10, y niños (6-13 anos) 6 euros. Si tienen el Berlin WeclcmoCard los adultos pagan 10 Euros.

Hi thank you for your question. Alexander isn't working on the 14th of September. However rest assured all our guides are doing a great job and are entertaining our guests. That is a job criteria otherwise they wouldn't be working for the company. And on the 14th of September there are tours with live commentary at the following times: 11:00,11:30, 12:30, 13:00, 14:00, 14:30, 15:30, 16:00 and 17:00. I´m sure you´ll enjoy the tour! The ship always arrives 30 minutes prior to departure. We are also still working on the online ticket system. Turns out it takes much longer than we expected ;-( We let you know if it will be available until your tour. For now you get the ticket at the pier.
