Booked a return journey to and from Malaga Airport
The journey from the Airport to our accommodation was ok, mark our driver to be fair was great but!!
The driver for our return journey did not show, even after I contacted the company the day before to make sure all was correct! Tried to call the driver after he was 10 minutes late but there was no response!!
We chose this company because it had great customer ratings even though it was more expensive.
We ended up flagging down a cab at 04:15 in the morning and got a great driver, who got us to the he Airport in around 14 minutes. 👏🏻 But still, very stressful and frustrating.
So in a nutshell, I changed my 1 star review to 4 stars as the company contacted me and apologised they also issued a refund of not only the journey they missed but the journey we took too. So sometimes mistakes can be forgiven with the right customer service, as is the case here. I’m sure the no show driver has been dealt with too. 😬

They just told us that they scammed us, when we arrived, they charged us €30 for a trip from the airport to Monica's tower (10 minutes). The righteous will pay for the sinners, but in Uber the reverse trip cost us €22.

Wonderful professional service. We had a Welsh driver called Mark who very friendly and knowledgable about the local area. He couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend.

Für Reisende, die das 1.te Mal in Malage mit dem Flugzeug ankommen, durchaus empfehlenswert, allerdings gibt es hervorragende Alternativen. Der " Cercania" bringt sie für kleines Geld direkt in die Stadt.

Excellent service. Spotlessly clean mini van. We had the same driver on both trips and he was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Solhop and I will definitely be using them again.

Really good experience from ordering on the webpage, confirmation by mail and sms. Driver on time polite and great service with nice drivers in both direction form Malaga Airport to Benalmadena and return

Malaga taxis at Malaga airport has a wide selection of vehicles and is very well managed. So many taxis...the waiting time is absolutely minimal. You will have no problem getting a taxi to accommodate an electric wheelchair. Rita McLeod

Sorry, I only went from the airport to Malaga Centre but their website has a price list and if that does not answer your question you can email them - they respond very quickly.

The price for your private transfer from Malaga Airport AGP to Cala de Mijas is € 49 one way. Payment is made to your chauffeur in euros.
The price quoted above is a "standard" vehicle price, but we give a free upgrade to over 90% of our clients so that they ride in a "premium" type saloon vehicle, like a Merecedes Viano, E-Class or Audi A6/A8. Only at very busy periods do we ever use a "standard taxi" vehicle, but this is very rare. Most other companies charge you quite a bit more for the type of car and service level that you will experience. This is one reason our feedback ratings are so good.
Your chauffeur will meet you at Malaga Airport in the official space as you enter the public arrivals hall and will be holding a clearly visible sign with your name. If your flight is delayed, don't worry, as we monitor flights and waiting time is not paid for with us. Payment is made to your chauffeur
