‪Observation de rien du tout....‬

‪On le sait, ce n'est pas une science exacte avec baleines et dauphins... mais bon...en janvier à Reykjavik ils proposent et j'ai vu des baleines....il y a deux ans, Île Maurice, ils proposent les dauphins, j'ai pu nager avec.... l'année dernière Hurghada,ils proposent des dauphins, j'ai pu nager avec...donc, bon...on se dit que si on vous propose baleines et dauphins, vous allez peut en voir au moins la queue d'un....rien.... Au bout d'une heure et demie, il était clair qu'on ne verrait rien.... fallait bien tenir l'heure et demie restante... Donc retour à deux à l'heure avec zigzag dans la marina d'à côté pour faire passer le temps....l'équipage , absolument absent, en profitait pour papoter pendant que nous nous demandions ce que nous faisions là....pause baignade 20minutes et retour au port.... alors ok, ils proposent un autre tour gratuit, c'est super un vendredi.....quand tout le monde se barre le lendemain, personne n'a pris de ticket...un conseil, si vous voulez le faire, allez y dès votre arrivée...vous pourrez utiliser votre second ticket....ils sont primés depuis 2016.... mouhais...en tout cas, le panier à pourboires est quand même de rigueur, vu le minimum d'implication....je n'ai pu donner qu'à hauteur de la satisfaction.... Allez, bon vent....‬

‪Jolie petite grotte à visiter‬

‪Belle visite dans cette petite grotte !! Parfait à cette époque car nous n’étions que 4 personnes à l’intérieur !!😃👍!! Joli jeu de lumière !!‬

‪Too much time spent on bus, content and sites were not interesting or impressive. It was confusing with 4 different languages to cover. Botanical Garden was disappointing with most of plants and flowers can be seen through out the island. This was not really a guided tour since we were dropped off and to roam around without much suggestion or info. We do not recommend this tour.‬

‪This tour was absolutley amazing! Certainly a tick off your bucket list experience. Views were second to none and the tour guides (Vicky & Daniel) were fab! So helpful and informative. Made everyone feel comfortable 5*****‬

‪Attention, no Tejeda!!‬

‪Very nice excursion, Vanessa very good Guide, Barbara very good driver....only flat ....no Tejeda....it's well marked, but we don't go....we do Cruz de Tejeda .. it's not the same at all, nothing to do but slam his money....we were 6km away yet...same for Terror ... Spend so much time there to spend a lead in a store....we don't even know a nice fountain I found by chance... The time spent in commercial places would have been used to visit Tejeda....‬

‪Fascinating day trip with high learning effect over the island.‬

‪It was a super nice tour, especially Birgit is indescribably committed. It all happens without time pressure, almost like a family trip. We spent wonderful hours. Learned a lot about Mallorca and its inhabitants and were really in places we would not have gotten to know despite after at least 10 visits to Mallorca. It was a great day trip, always recommended. Thanks again to Birgit, she is incredibly charming and unsurpassable in her way.‬

‪Superb quad bike experience!

Super welcome at Check-out with safety instructions in English, Spanish and French! We then took small roads and walked along the beautiful landscapes only to offer us Tenerife! The attendants are at the top and the security is totally controlled and fluid.

Throughout the adventure, videos and photos are made in GoPro by the team that you can ask at the end of the excursion for an extra 30 euros with great memories!

Little thought to Matteo who makes beautiful photo and video souvenir with your phone!

We saw beautiful scenery with an explanation about the history of El Teide.

We can only recommend this magnificent quad bike experience!‬

‪Shambolic and poorly organised‬

‪Booked the trip via Zerger on the coast, she explained that we would pay deposit and then we would pay the remainder there would be on a two hour boat trip picked up at 9:45 am and back for 1 pm

When we arrived at 9:40 am to be picked up and then we were held in a chew for over an hour waiting to pay the remainder in 30° heat with no shade before entering onto a boat with no shade

it’s ridiculous that you have to pay a small deposit and then I made to wait an hour at the bay is boiling heat with everybody struggling to pay the balance on their cards, this is a poor business model

Then we were offered a free drink but the catch was you had to pay one euro for a cup and when you went to pay with your card they Internet was not working out to see and therefore they wouldn’t give you the free drink which was another Paul business model

we saw some dolphins which were over 100 m away and you needed eyes like binoculars to see them,

It took an hour and a half to get there and an hour and a half back we over an hour late getting back to the bay and then they expected us to sit on a bus which will take over an hour 20 minutes to drop us back to our destination

Whilst they cater for the masses the business model is pathetic outdated and doesn’t represent good value for your experience

The boat itself was amazing and the music was amazing, but the rest was just shambolic from start to finish

I hope this realises that in the end they will lose customers who will get wise to these tactics‬

‪Lovely scenery but very rude tour guide‬

‪We were misinformed regarding the coach travel time. We were told it was a hour when in fact took just over two. Guide was rude and told us to be back at the coach in half an hour, however became very irate with passengers after only 22 minutes had gone by. All felt very rushed and like we were a total inconvenience to his day.‬

‪Pathetic pick up system. The shuttle never showed up. I checked alternative options, it would cost us around 30 - 40 euros more just to get to the destination with a taxi. The bus would take around 50 minutes, we would have been late if we choose that option.. The pick up option is really not a nice one. I call the customer service operator few times and they would not pick up the phone, at the end a person did pick up and she started to blame me instead of trying to solve the problem. She started to argue with me. She never once apologised. The pick up options are super confusing to begin with. We gave our apartment name to them, and on the pdf format it shows pick up from the apartment. However, later we received in our SPAM folder (which could have easily been missed out), we have to go to a super market to be picked up. We waited at the super market for more than 30 minutes, not to mention at 31C. I got very disappointed and angry. The customer service made the whole day worse for us. What a shame this island has such companies to disappoint visitors.‬
