Bought tickets at the tourist office then had to queue for ages at the bus to validate the tickets. Then we had to go to another bus and wait for for everyone out of the long queue to then get on. The bus took us around the back Streets of Las Palmas to look at empty shops and unattractive buildings. The commentary and the map did not match anything. We were told to look at buildings or statues which were nowhere to be seen. We didn’t know when we were at a stop or just slowing in traffic. On the way back to the port the driver drove so fast we couldn’t see anything for the wind whipping in our faces. We were unable to take any photos of the sea,the port or our cruise ship. €66 euros wasted. I’ve contacted the company several times and just been fobbed off.

Our buses follow the most complete tour possible, according to the possibilities each city offers. And each stop is designed to allow you to visit a particular monument or museum nearby.
In addition, we created our walking tours to provide a guided tour through the quarters that our buses cannot access and we recommend them as a great way to complete your visit.
If you have contacted customer service, they will make enquiries with the local office and handle your case.

I’m a keen advocate of open top bus tours as a way to get your bearings in a city and see the key sights before revisiting at leisure.
Sadly I wish I hadn’t bothered in Las Palmas. The commentary was poor with heavy reliance on muzak, and half the headphone sockets were covered over in tape as they didn’t work. The only two ‘sights’ in this uninspiring city are the beach and the cathedral, neither of which you can actually see from the tour.
The buses were overwhelmed with cruise passengers, I had to wait in line nearly three hours to get a seat.

Very disappointed with tour. Not much to see apart from cathedral and vegeuta. Commentary very limited with a few repetitions. Lot of boring streets with little to see. Waste of time.

As a couple who have taken sightseeing tours in many cities all over the world. This without doubt was the worst possible tour ever. From seriously over priced to 25 minutes late start to no commentary only earphones that didn't work. My advice is keep well away from this service. Get a taxi it would cheaper and you would see alot more.

For most of the tour’s duration you travel in heavy traffic streets with little relevant commentary and lots of music. Definitely overpriced!

Schade um Zeit & Geld, die Tour ist weder schön noch informativ, ein kompletter Leerlauf. Wir haben es leider zu spät realisiert, unterbrachen die Tour & setzten sie mit den normalen Stadtbussen fort.

völlig überrissener preis. die tour ginge ebenso mit dem stadtbus. kommentare kaum welche. station 1 existierte nicht, da der platz gesperrt war - wäre schön, wenn dies in der app angezeigt würde.

Te veel grote doorgaande wegen. Behalve de kathedraal en omgeving weinig spectaculaire onderwerpen. Wij waren met een cruise in Las Palmas. De combinatie van hop on en hop off samen met een wandeling langs de grote boulevard Playa de Las Canteras, is een goede dagbesteding. Het grootste nadeel van deze toch redelijk prijzige tours, is de kwaliteit van de (oude) bussen. En uiteraard de altijd defecte hoofdtelefoon aansluitingen.

Zu lange, zu langweilig und zu teuer. Der Stadtstrand wird gar nicht angefahren. Man kurvt hauptsächlich durch völlig uninteressante Hauptverkehrsstraßen mit entsprechend hohem Verkehrsaufkommen. Und über Kopfhörer hört man somit sicher mehr als 50% der Zeit nur Musik. Sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben bis jetzt bei mehr als 20 solcher Busfahrten auf der ganzen Welt keine solche Enttäuschung erlebt. Schade um Geld und Zeit.

Badly organised and not worth the money. Ended up getting a refund in the end as the tour consisted of various building sites and other points of not so interest

Thank you for contacting City Sightseeing. You have to go from Playa del Inglés to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. You can get there by car or by bus line 30. The bus arrives to Teatro Pérez Galdós, where you can find our bus stop number 6.

Hi, This is listed as a shore excursion, but it looks like we have to get to the St Telmo bus station first or does the hop-on/hop-off bus also come close to the harbour? The Astor will arrive at Las Palmas on the 13th of April and I do not know the berth, but you do. How close is the access point to the bus from the Astor?

From your location, there is a bus (line 30), which go to Las Palmas and stop in Estación San Telmo. Over there you will find our bus stop 8. Our schedule is from 10:00 to 18:00.
