‪Incredible private tour of Toledo. Sonia, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and catered the tour to our interests. We learned about a wide array of topics including history, architecture, art, and religion. She also gave us tips for restaurants and the best places to shop. The sights were amazing, and our guide made it a much better experience. It was the perfect way to see Toledo, and we recommend it highly.‬

‪A MUST do while in Madrid!‬

‪We had an amazing tour with Javi! Javi is enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about his home town of Toledo. He literally has the keys to Toledo’s secret places ( which were a real treat to see). We have learned so much on this 3 hr tour. Javi managed to wow and engage our teenagers as well. It was one of the best tours we had while visiting Spain. As well, thank you to our driver Javi ( what a coincidence!) for safe and smooth drive!‬

‪Manuel was knowledgeable, professional, and tailored the tour to my preferences. He left me with excellent recommendations for lunch (both place and items to try). Would recommend to anyone.‬

‪Amazing day in Toledo!‬

‪Our family planned a short 4-day trip to Madrid, and a friend recommended we add a day trip to Toledo to our itinerary. Not only did she recommend Destino Toledo, but also suggested we request Javi to be our tour guide. We had a 3-hour tour with Javi, and then spent a few hours on our own exploring Toledo and getting lunch.
it was a perfect day!

Javi was an amazing tour guide! He was friendly, nice, courteous and extremely knowledgable about Toledo. He was very well versed in the historical context of the three major religions that co-existed peacefully in Toledo for centuries. We visited places of worship, and Javi pointed out the unique details and features of the architecture as we walked though the beautiful ancient city streets.

One of the highlights of the day was Javi's in-depth tour of The Cathedral of Saint Mary, which he informed us was one of the largest cathedrals in Spain. His knowledge and the way he conveyed and explained the history of the cathedral in the context of the magnificent ornamentation and art was very interesting and informative.

We would highly recommend Destino Toledo and Javi for a private tour of Toledo. In addition our Destino Toledo driver, Jose Luis was also very friendly, nice and courteous, and made the short one-hour drive from Madrid very pleasant.‬

‪Our day trip to Toledo from Madrid was an amazing experience from start to finish. Javier our driver was prompt, informative and very polite. Javi, our guide, grew up in Toledo was very passionate about his town and its diverse history. It was like touring with a relative. He was so funny and easygoing but had a tremendous knowledge of Toledo’s history. Everyone in town knew him:). It was great that he was a part of a family business that we could support. We learned so much about this fascinating city and its magnificent cathedral.
Highly recommend.

‪Amazing Toledo‬

‪Valle was an amazing guide. She met us at the train station with a taxi for a pre- arranged panoramic drive. The views were amazing and she was able to give the history and layout of the city. I highly recommend this. We chose the 5 hour tour which was broken up into 3 hours and 2 hours with a break in the middle for lunch. Vale’s love for Toledo was evident as she took us through the city- her face lit up as she explained the history, artwork, and festivals. We never felt rushed and she took time to answer our questions We had earmarked the cathedral as a definite place to visit and then followed her lead and suggestions for the rest of the tour. We were not disappointed!‬

‪So happy with driver and tour!‬

‪We were in Madrid for a night and traveling to Granada the next day. Even though we were short on time I wanted my family to see Toledo on the way. I looked into several options (train, bus and rental car) and very happy I found Pablo and Destino Toledo. Pablo arranged a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional driver, Gustavo, to pick us up at our hotel, drive us to Toledo, and then to Granada. He was great and even gave us a tour of the countryside on the way. The van was very clean and very comfortable. Natalia was our tour guide in Toledo. She was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and so amazingly warm, kind, and friendly we didn’t want to leave her! We really wished we had more time with her and my 10 year old daughter missed her when we left! I can’t tell you how much we learned about Toledo and Spain and how glad we were we had Gustavo and Natalia!‬
