We have been hiking with the school and it has been the biggest disappointment of all the excursions we have done. Years ago we were and it has nothing to do with the organization that exists now. First of all it is impossible to be able to contact by phone with those in charge of organizing the visit, and when they responded by email both the workshops, as well as the guided tours were poorly organized and always missing some group to award visit or workshop, in short, it seemed that they did not want us to make the visit, we have been a month to be able to organize the excursion correctly..., and secondly the workshops they offer are a scam, we hired four different workshops and in the end when we arrived there had changed the whole organization and we could only do two, which left enough to be desired. As for the guided tours, except for one Guide (Seki), the others wanted to finish more than to teach the boys all the animals, and even decided to cut the visit short and pass by some pavilions.
Come on we don't plan to come back, it's a shame because the place is very nice and has quite a lot of potential, but it urgently needs a new direction.

I've been to this park several times.
Some things have improved, but others fall unchecked to survive.

I am passionate about animals and occasionally I like to visit these prisons to see how well cared for and fed the animals they have enslaved are. It's not the worst, for some specimens that have a minimum of space to move. But dolphins, seals, reptiles, birds and most mammals live in ridiculous spaces , considering that some species span hectares of land for a single individual. This type of center neither rescues, nor helps and exchanges and trades with the offspring that are spawned. I do not recommend collaborating with this type of business, but if it is true that once in a lifetime it is good to go to have a contact with species that you will never see in life, in short, a legal circus. I was very sorry to see primates and certain large birds as well as large reptiles. For which the entrance fee is charged, they should live in better conditions.

A real scam.
We took the tickets on the web, to live the experience with the Saimiris, as we wanted to interact with them (as we sensed on the page), absolute disappointment. The entrance is linked to that of the park (so it increases the price considerably; an information that is not detailed on the web), and when you enter the Samiris compound, it is not allowed to approach, or touch, or photograph them and on top of that you have to wear a mask in the middle of August); very different than what they advertise themselves online.

A very nice place, we traveled from Valencia to see my son dying of enthusiasm and desire! And it was worth it, very nice, everything very clean, you can feed some animals right there sell the food, two stores with great variety of memories, the treatment of the staff very good, we were also seeing fauna shine very nice but very simple for my taste. Very clean bathrooms. The only thing that didn’t seem right is the price of the photos I find exorbitant and the taste for photography a little scarce we came out too close so in the end we didn’t stay any did not see charm to any to pay 13/14 euros for them.

We’ve been busy for years, since they opened it, every year that passed we noticed the decline of the park (as unfortunately has been usual in these places) but already this last time it has bordered the insult to the people that we pay to go there to spend the day and to make it more dynamic to read the employee who laughed at us when commenting on the state of the park, I will list 1x1 what I mean by this:
1-Since you enter it gives you the feeling that you could have saved yourself paying for the entrance since they have two wide entrance corridors with open pivots and zero surveillance, such is the case that I wanted to see it with my own eyes and I left the enclosure on several occasions with the excuse of going to the car and when I re-entered at no time anyone asked me to show the entrance nor did they put a seal on my exit (typical) or anything... surveillance and zero security.
2-The employees are all very low level, both those who are in the zoo, those who are in the feeding stalls (sometimes they were the same) and those who are in customer service, they do not inform you, they are unpleasant and sloppy, not empathetic and I give an example: when I entered I bought 2 bags of food for the prairie dogs at € 2 each bag, when passing the shed about 2 meters I see a sign that says: "3 sacks x 5€", the logical thing is that this poster was in the booth where Shopping the sacks of food not 2 meters after you had paid them, I still told the guy who charged me, not a minute had passed, because his answer from NPC was, with a smile on his face, that this offer was only valid if I had paid the 3 sacks together, I could no longer give me another sack apart x 1€ and thus fulfill the offer... regrettable and being a person with very little resolution in his work, this kid surely has not reached the years of contribution when he retires.
3-The parking 6'50€ part and if not go to park within half an hour walking literal.
4-90% of the restoration is closed, we saw parents with babies going around desperate xq it was 4 in the afternoon and there was nothing open to sit down to eat past an ice cream stand where t make hot dogs and shit so they are not even worth to keep you standing and on top of that they take an eye out of your face and you get clued up they take it out of another lao too.
5-Shine Faunia x 20€ apart from the 35 of the entrance and is the same as you see during the day when touring the park but x the night and with lights uuuuh!! And on top of that the figures of said event are all shattered and dusted I do not know how they are not ashamed.
6-I know that maybe this is my thing, but that shame and that hurts with the subsidization of the state that these parks have and what the tickets are worth that every time you go to enter an enclosure on the sign says: "The CocaCola Jungle", "The Nestea Polar Enclosure", "The Aviary of Lemon Fanta", I really find it pathetic that everything is sponsored by a multinational that has nothing to do with the care and preservation of these animals and that if this were to improve the quality of the enclosures welcome, but clearly this is that the money they take from these sponsors must be spent elsewhere and elsewhere and here goes point 7.
7-The facilities of the park, without exception, (the only one that may be saved is that of crocodiles) are in a REGRETTABLE state, in capital letters, as it affects both customers and animals being this the worst part: lack of cleaning, broken facilities, unpainted for more than 20 years, opaque glass (from the rub and dirt) animals in poor health and hygiene (see the farm, the jungle, the lake, penguins or the night enclosure), there are places where you can not even breathe from the stench due to lack of cleaning as for example the area of the bats being this the worst of all, I invite you to try breathing in there.
8-All the enclosures are dark with the brilliant idea of some engineer to put ornament stones on the ground throughout the tour, it is great to watch as people go quiet throughout the park and not charge you part.
9-In outdoor areas things do not improve, benches and demerders with splintered woods, rusty nails that stand out, 2 fountains throughout the park and above with the button harder than a January 30, stairs and stone seats where you can not sit given the high concentration of duck shit and other birds, water of the lake greener than the flag of vox, puddled baths (I did not want to know what), terrible accesses, rusty railings, poorly sealed glass, little shade, messy posters and in many occasions you can not even see between the vagetation and the discoloration of the sun after years without changing them, a playground with the highest mortality rate in Spain, etc.
10-It is worrying, but being a zoo, the disappearance of animals that has been over the years, being this last 2024 already a thing worthy of study; I remember entering the enclosure of the meerkats and seeing dozens of them fluttering, well, this year there were only 2 specimens, I did not distinguish if they were 2 males, 2 females or mixed, but possibly next year the enclosure of the meerkats is the "Bar Timon" or a recreation room with hook machines full of stuffed animals of meerkats.
The pelicans, toucans, ibis, jellyfish, butterflies, capuchins, penguins, deer, nocturnal and jungle species have disappeared....half of the empty fish tanks and insect cages, and so everything in general with the exception of sea lions that no longer fit in the pool, it is seen that the latter rent quite a lot x the subject of the photo at 20€ and the special package where they let you bathe with them x 50€.
11-You do not see a keeper or anyone from the park feeding or refreshing the animals, the prairie dogs take the brunt because half are obese and the other half famous since no one controls the feeding of these little animals, leaving it in the hands of the clientele that buys "feed" bags at 2 € and do not miss xq if not that will be of these poor animals.
Dry and empty drinkers, animals stacked in corners looking for shade, cages neglected both in cleaning and in what is gardening with dirt and sharp dry branches, weeds full of skewers and remains of plants that already passed to better life long ago making ornament.
Now in summer, any zoo incentivizes the animals with fresh meals inside ice cubes, they wet the ground or prepare swimming pools to cool down, it is not the case of Faunia and here prevails the law of minimum effort and less if it does not provide an economic extra, surely in the future put hoses to dip the animals x 50€ a half hour and a souvenir photo.
12- The environment they create where it seems like a pay to win zoo, here the one who pays 2€ for a sack of food is also buying a free card to do what he wants and that no one from the park catches his eye, making it full of parents proud that their children step on the ducks and rumble the prairie dogs with total impunity and I don't mean to say it, on one occasion I approached a Faunia worker to tell her this even pointing to the culprits and her reaction was like "if good already....everyday and what?", passing Olympicly of the subject, and this is unforgivable for me, this added to everything else and that when we left we wanted to fill out a suggestion sheet (which was not given to us, inviting us to fill it out via online) while the 2 girls who were behind the glass of att the client instead of listening to us dedicated themselves to laughing at us while they debated everything, many absurd things that have no debate and only let see that they come and sit there behind the glass but they don't know beyond those glass, they don't know where they work, they don't love animals, they don't want the place where they work every day to improve, nor are they interested in the welfare of the animals nor do they know your opinion your complaints since those who matter are neither the animals nor the clients, who matter to those who are CocacaCola, Fanta and Nestea who are the ones who are the ones who keep this panda of bums.

The park is wonderful and the experience was good, the only thing that bothered us was the little civility of the people, in silent shadows there are a lot of signs that ask you to please not make noise, because it must be that the parents can not read because there were a lot of children screaming but the worst was not the children the worst were the parents who were also giving voices and at no time took care of their children, they behaved as if that was any park, I think that is solved by putting more staff, in that particular habitat there was no one from Faunia, it is a pity because there are many animals that we could not see because they were hiding because of the bustle.

I find it embarrassing that having the bonoparks, we have to pay to enter to see the nights of Faunia. I think there's quite a lot paid for the park bonus.
I have the bonus for 10 years and from what I see every year they take more things away.

¿Alguien que haya ido recientemente? ¿Qué tal está? He leído opiniones contradictorias: o dicen que lo estaban reformando, o que le falta mantenimiento.
¿Mejor Faunia o Zoo? He estado en ambos hace muchos años y en el zoo me daban mucha pena cómo estaban los animales...

Hola, en Faunia dispone de diferentes alternativas adaptadas a intolerancias alimentarias. Le recomendamos que consulte al llegar al parque en el restaurante El Olivo.

Buenas, mi marido tiene una discapacidad del 33%, solo he comprado su entrada con acompañante gratis vale así o tengo que comprar entrada para mi y con la tarjeta de discapacidad vale o hay que llevar la carta con certificado?

Hay descuentos si compras por internet con tiempo. También con algunas tarjetas como la de la mutua (debes leer en su página como aplicarlo) o en algunos sitios hay vaya de descuento de al menos el 30%.
