Bonito e interessante centro histórico, com museus, praças ruas estreitas e opções de restaurantes. A catedral e torre além de construções romanas. Um dos principais pontos da cidade.

The old part of the city is just a jewel of an area to wander around the narrow streets and plaza's. So much history to take in and observe

This is the historic center of the town with the winding pedestrian streets. A good place to just wander, explore, take some photos. The area is not large and you won't get lost as there are always the landmarks like the Cathedral to orient you. Lots of pretty squares with cafes to sit and rest. Lots of old world charm.

Cuore pulsante della città, zona monumentale e di movida allo stesso tempo.
Con questo nome si intende la parte storica della città di Valencia, il barrio del Carmen, che racchiude appunto, tutta la zona monumentale
antica, medievale, ma anche romana..e..
La parte dove avvenivano gli scambi commerciali, dove gli artigiani avevano le loro botteghe, dove ai svolgeva la vita ..proprio come oggi, pieno di locali, bar, ristoranti, botteghe storiche, antichi mestieri e negozi di souvenirs...e dive poter gustare la mitica Agua de Valencia.
Con questo nome si intende la parte storica della città di Valencia, il barrio del Carmen, che racchiude appunto, tutta la zona monumentale
antica, medievale, ma anche romana..e..
La parte dove avvenivano gli scambi commerciali, dove gli artigiani avevano le loro botteghe, dove ai svolgeva la vita ..proprio come oggi, pieno di locali, bar, ristoranti, botteghe storiche, antichi mestieri e negozi di souvenirs...e dive poter gustare la mitica Agua de Valencia.

The old town of Valencia is another gem of Spain! The city of Valencia was founded in the mid-16th century, was known for its silk industry, and is the birthplace of paella. There are many churches, restaurants, cafes, plazas, and historical buildings in the area, including an UNESCO World Heritage Site. There was a market near the Valencia Cathedral where I purchased a ceramic hot plate coaster for my kitchen, it provides good memories of my time in Valencia’s Casco Antiguo.

Ideal que te lo expliquen a través de uno, o incluso dos free tours… Romanos, fenicios, catedral, Ayuntamiento, murallas y torres de Serranos, Jaume I, los Borgia, Generalitat Valenciana, mercado central y lonja, plaza redonda, Turia y sus acequias, desastre de 1957, paella, fallas, horchata, etc. En fin, muy interesante…

Pasear por la zona más bella, limpia, ordenada, amplia y vivir de VALENCIA, maravillosos edificios, zona magnifica alegre, grupos tocando música en sus calles, edificios modernistas, renacentistas, más de 500 años a explorar, magnifica zona donde vivir. Bus turistic te paseará por los más recónditos y maravillosos sitios que te puedas imaginar.

Plaza de la Virgen is the very heart of Old Town. Do not miss calle Caballeros, plaza Lope de Vega, Lonja and Mercado Central, all of them within a 5 minute walking distance.
