Right in the center, via dei chiavari. Plane at 5:30 p.m. and had to leave the hotel at 10 a.m. We left 2 cabin suitcases until 3 p.m. to continue our visit to Rome. 14 euros, reasonable, impeccable service.

Maybe by refunding, I made a reservation and at the time of confirmation I entered August 11th but I got the 18th, no refund because they don't do it, a rip-off

BOOK A RESERVATION! While we were accessing our locker, multiple groups came in hoping to grab a locker and there was no availability. I booked in advance and it saved us from having to figure out an alternative for storing our luggage at the last minute.
We locked our luggage at the Stow Your Bags location at Via Filippo Turati 52, 00185 Roma and had a great experience. We were a little concerned about security because some of the lockers appeared to be broken and we thought maybe that was vandalism/theft related. However, we decided to move forward and the computer system worked great. Our luggage was locked and securely stored for our last day in Italy, so we spent the afternoon touring Rome. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. However, it would build more confidence if none of the lockers appeared to be compromised.
BOOK LARGE LOCKER! Max size worked for us, but we had to cram some stuff in and we were just two people with carry on roller boards and backpacks.

This system was very easy to use. I recommend booking ahead of time. We booked 3 months in advance. People were upset there were no lockers available when we got there.

The staff was very polite and when ordering a taxi (it is a limousine service, by the way) you get a discount of 10 percent on the luggage fee. The taxi is 5 Euros more expensive, but it is convenient, do start the ride to the airport directly from the luggage deposit place. Can highly recommend this service.

Stow Your Bags are also in Budapest. We used it as our flight was late at night and check-out was early. Super user-friendly to book in advance and very spacious!

The staff at this establishment, could not have been more helpful. Courteous, friendly, and very reasonably priced for the duration.
Even booking a taxi from their location to the airport, Can't thank these guys enough. Highly recommended.

Hi, interested in the facility in Navona. Is there also a shower available for us to freshen up? Or only a toilet?

I reserved the storage for the first time and got my access code. But it didn’t have the specific locker number. How does it work, especially how do I know which locker to use? Are the lockers centrally controlled and open the one for me once I enter the access code in the system?

When you enter the access code one of the lockers will open and the system says which one.

If you arrive before your booking time you can’t open it since your reservation hasn’t started yet.
If you arrive after your booking time, there’s no problem, you can still open it (if you are still in the range of hours booked).
