When we were children we learned how to make fresh homemade pasta from my grandma and mother. Now we are very happy to give our pasta experience and cooking secret of roman tradition to our guest ... I'm sure that you will enjoy the experience with us!

‪We loved the experience. Super friendly and close staff. We recommend it 100%. They came looking for us at the station and a little explanation of the town and its history. Very close to Rome very easy to reach!‬

‪Such a gorgeous experience - it was so wholesome with a lovely group, lots of pasta and explanations and wine! Could not recommend more. Probably one of the best pasta making courses in Rome (and within budget too!)‬

‪The staff can speak good English and sometimes several languages, are really nice and open. We felt really comfortable. It was super interesting there were many details told and also explained. We felt very comfortable. Would do it again, too. The wines are really delicious and you can choose between three sauces and watch cooking. In the noodle making you are also well supported.‬

‪Excellent and memorable experience!‬

‪A memorable experience. Perfect from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a hospitality that immediately made us feel welcome. It was inspiring and suitable for all age groups. We learned how to make different types of pasta from start to finish. All in all, an incredible experience - great food and excellent wines!‬

‪I recommend to all‬

‪It was a wonderful day from beginning to end, I was welcomed in the season by Rosi, with a huge smile, we went on foot to know the city that is beautiful and full of stories (as all Italy), after a quick tour we arrived at the place for the gastronomic experience, we tried the Frascati wines accompanied by a table of colds, we prepared the pasta and we went to know the underground area, where the hostess tells the history of the place, back to the kitchen we went to learn how to prepare the sauces. Dinner was a lovely experience that I recommend to everyone. And to finish the experience, when I returned to the station I was grateful with a beautiful sunset.‬

‪This was my families favorite part of our whole trip to Rome. The pasta was amazing and the wine wonderful. The town is beautiful and we received a mini tour of the town by the owners. Nicoli was so kind and accommodating. The whole experience was wonderful.‬

‪Perfect choice to get out of busy Rome for a day‬

‪Incredible experience with Federica and Claudia. Very friendly and comfortable space. Starting with wine tasting then moving to make you own pasta with sauce of choice. There’s AC which definitely helped with the heat. Federica showed us the underground wine cellar where her family kept their wine production for centuries. Highly recommended!‬
