Very instructive course held in a traditional restaurant. The chef Elisa led us through the preparation of the roman pizza from start (making of the dough) till the end (baking) including all the small secrets. The atmosphere was warm. At the end, we enjoyed our own pizzas.

Simone created an amazing environment where we felt free to ask a bunch of questions. Learned a bunch of how the pizza process works. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Definitely recommend this to anyone! 11/10!

I've been on two different cooking experiences of Eatalian Cooks during the past two years - as I have to travel to Rome quite often. This time I brought my cousin and my mother, and we went on a pasta experience. The location is the same as another experience I went to a few months ago, and we learned to make fettuccine, then we chose our sugo with the fettuccine. Once the workshop is over, we are taken to our table, and we wait for the restaurant to serve appetizer bruschettas, wine, and our ready-to-eat pasta dish with the fettuccine pasta we made before. It's something that should be on every Rome itinerary. That's it!

We had a great time! We really thank Pauline for her kindness and smile! There were only two of us and we were able to enjoy a French course. To top it all off the pizzas were really good. Thank you again!!

Simone is a 10/10 chef and entertainer. Had a great time at learning to make authentic Fettuccine. Great for solos and family’s both!

This was such a fun experience! My whole family enjoyed it and our chef Sara did an excellent job! She was very personable and checked on us several times throughout our meal.

Luca was a great instructor, he was both funny and helpful during our time with him. We enjoyed the class and the intimate setting with others too. We’d recommend Luca to anyone!
