Da meine Freundin nach dem Flug unbedingt eine Kleinigkeit essen wollte, entschieden wir uns für dieses Café in der Nähe des Hotels. Nette Atmosphäre und super leckeres Essen, das nicht allzu teuer ist. Auch die Bedienung war sehr, sehr nett.

We were staying in an apartment around the corner from the moonlight cafe, so when we arrived in Rome, hungry, this was the first place we found. We were nor impressed. I had a cappuccino and a spinach omelette and my husband had the meat lasagna. The lasagna was a tiny portion, and not very tasty. My omelette was ok, as was my cappuccino. However the bill was outrageous- 20 euros! We ate much better meals for less in the heart of Rome.
There was also no 'atmosphere' to speak of at 11 in the morning.
From what I've read here, it sounds like it may be livelier in the evening, but I wouldn't recommend eating here.

Dico subito che, se si potesse, avrei dato un mezzo punto in più, perchè l'amatriciana era veramente buona e abbondante. Ma per il resto è proprio nella media. Siamo venuti qua a pranzo, eravamo gli unici clienti e abbiamo dovuto lo stesso aspettare un buon quarto d'ora per due amatriciane e un'insalata. Personale cortese e cibo buono, ma dovrebbero sveltirsi...

We stopped in here after getting a little lost. Since we were hungry and thirsty we decided we may as well stay for some wine and the atmosphere. The wine was good, as was the service, and they gave us some complimentary pretzels and potato chips. It was a nice little snack while we were used the WiFi to figure out where we needed to go.

avevo sentito parlare bene di questo locale, ma come si dice, di persona è ancora meglio. Cocktail, vino e cibo di assoluto livello come il proprietario.

Ricordo come fosse questo bar, molti anni fa, prima che gli attuali proprietari lo prendessero e trasformassero in un locale dove si sta bene sempre. Cordiali, mai scortesi puoi stare tutto il tempo che vuoi a chiacchierare con amici senza che i proprietari/camerieri stiano, come spesso accade nei bar, a controllare l'orologio o a chiederti di continuo se vuoi dell'altro. L'aperitivo serale è gustoso ed equilibrato e le paste mattutine sfiziose. Ottimo lo spazio esterno soprattutto per le stagioni più calde. Il locale, cosa non scontata, è oltremodo pulito.

Great place for quick business or leasure lunches and for "aperitivo", i.e. drinks and finger food before supper. Good background music and very good service.

Siamo diretti al mercato di Porta Portese ma prima di entrare decidiamo di mangiare qualcosa , attraversiamo il ponte ed entriamo nel quartiere del Testaccio , la scelta cade sul Moonlight cafè , appena seduti il nostro tavolo viene apparecchiato ,nella vasta scelta optiamo per due insalate "Luna piena " ( foglie , gamberetti,polpa di granchio , ecc. ecc .) il piatto è ricco ,gustoso ,abbondante e preparato al momento , ovvero fresco , la spesa è contenuta .

Sono stata in questo bar col mio compagno per vedere una partita della roma, nel pomeriggio. In mancanza di menù, abbiamo ordinato due caffè e un amaro pagando, alla fine della partita, ben 11 euro e 50. su mia perplessità mi è stato detto che il mio caffè, risultando prima consumazione durante una partita, è costato ben 5 euro...peccato che nessuno si sia preso la briga di avvertire che esisteva un prezzo base. Non lo trovo corretto!

Ogni vostra esperienza è importante, per poter migliorare il nostro rapporto.
Ci scusiamo sinceramente per l'inconveniente,e essendo sicuri che si sia trattata di una disattenzione estemporanea, a cui abbiamo già provveduto, vi aspettiamo già mercoledi sera per condividere con voi il piacere di vedere una bella partita di Champions insieme
