The tour guide himself was amazing, he was funny and very kind. The organization is a complete mess. There was a national bike race the day we were touring so roads were closed and they claimed to have left messages and emails however I did not receive a single message saying the meeting point was changed. I called and they said to go to an area and call them back for further instructions and then never answered their phones again. By the grace of god we somehow found our group and made it to the tour but we were 20 minutes late because of this wild goose chase. We were still able to join the tour but it was a nightmare finding it.

Giorgio was an excellent guide. Very in depth about Roman history. Excellent views of every part of the Colosseum and Forum

This tour was amazing! So much to see and to hear about. Our tour guide Simon was informative, hilarious and kept it light. He provided interesting views of what it used to be like and great facts about the time period. I highly recommend this tour for the history and the AMAZING views of the city! We did this tour in the afternoon after the City Wonders Vatican tour in the morning. It was a long day and incredible day!

Our guide, Elena, was very knowledgeable and funny! We had a group of 24 and even though we were a bit larger, it didn’t feel too crowded and we still learned so much! The Roman forum was so cool and we loved learning the history of everything. Definitely recommend, and wear sunscreen!

The tour of the Colosseum and Palatine Hill was incredible! Our tour guide, Elena, was so good - we really had a great experience because of her humor and knowledge. Despite the crowds, she was able to move us along at a good pace and keep things super interesting. This is a must-do when in Rome and this tour does not disappoint. We learned so much in just a short period of time because of the excellence of our guide Elena! Thank you for an awesome experience!!!

Our guide, Sylvia was informative and entertaining. I would have had a very different experience without her insights and stories. There is so much to take in that would be missed without a guide. I would strongly recommend using a 'skip the line' tour as the crowds are lengthy and quite overwhelming and good walking shoes and water bottles are a must. You can top up bottles on route as it will be hot and without shade in the area around the Colosseum. This was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Rome .

The tour was phenomenal. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and had examples of what the different parts of the Forum and Colosseum once looked like.

Hello. I will arrive on May 27, 8:50. I would like to engage a service to guide my party between 12:00 - 5:00 that day and all day on May 28. My 40-year-old daughter, her husband, two well behaved sons ages 12 and 8. Can you send me an itinerary and cost, including transportation, for those two days?

Is there a better email contact to use besides what is on their website???? I have been writing and requesting information over the course of 10 days with no response! Thus far I am highly disappointed in the customer service and no contact whatsoever despite trying to get in touch multiple times!

We only spent three days in Rome and booked everything through Viator. I never dealt with ShowMeItaly directly, so I am not able to answer your question expressly. We didn't have any trouble but it was a little confusing to us when the tour guide said ours was a ShowMeItaly tour. But we thoroughly enjoyed the tour so we didn't let the confusion annoy us.
