‪We had a wonderful experience. Michelle was a fantastic guide! She was very charming and kind. She truly made it so enjoyable with her amazing personality and knowledge of the town. We really enjoyed all of the food and everything we learned about Parma. It was the perfect day to explore and eat.‬

‪Highlight of our time in Parma!‬

‪Michelle blew us away with her local and historical expertise! Everything about this half-day feels carefully curated and completely worth the price for the rich knowledge and tasty bites we experienced. Come hungry and you won’t leave disappointed. I can’t recommend this experience enough!

A tip: this experience is just for you and whoever is in your immediate party! Michelle gave us her full attention for questions and stories of the region.‬

‪We absolutely loved this tour and found our guide Julia, a very pleasant young woman, to be very knowledgeable about both the food of the region and the history of Parma. Every bit of food was amazing, and we liked the venues chosen for all the tastings. The pleasant walk around town as we went from venue to venue allowed us to see and learn some interesting things about Parma and Italy in general. We did the afternoon tour, which we think was a good choice; even though we were hungry we were not able to finish everything so appreciated being able to take dogggie bags back to our B&B to enjoy later. Grazie Julia for a wonderful afternoon, and also for sharing some of your memories of being an exchange student in our home country of Canada. Highly recommend this tour and guide!‬

‪Questo tour ci ha permesso di scoprire la tradizione, la passione e la tecnica che si celano dietro alla produzione di prodotti di eccellenza del nostro territorio. Abbiamo imparato cosa rende il Parmigiano Reggiano ed l´Aceto Balsamico davvero speciali e come riconoscerli al momento dell´acquisto. La nostra guida Michelle, oltre ad essere estremamente professionale e simpatica, trasmette la sua passione per il territorio e per i prodotti, che conosce alla perfezione e nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo inoltre avuto l´occasione di fare due chiacchere con i produttori, altrettanto socievoli ed appassionati, e di assaggiare i prodotti, che sono veramente eccellenti! Una mezza giornata davvero piacevole per immergersi nella cultura locale e capire il motivo per cui questa zona viene chiamata Food Valley. Un tour consigliatissimo e pieno di meravigliose sorprese!‬

‪If you want to visit Parma and experience everything this wonderful town has to offer you must do it with Michelle! Her depth of knowledge on food, history and art is incomparable and along with that she is extremely charismatic and fun to be with!
My husband and I and a college friend of ours toured for two days with Michelle and left Parma feeling as passionate about it as she is. Our first day was a "day for foodies" and included visiting a parmeggiano reggiano dairy and watching close up the cheese being made and tasting the incredible finished product as well as meeting the cheese master. We then ventured to an acetaia and learned about the production of balsamic vinegar with the owner who treated us to an amazing tasting of his product. This was followed by a delicious lunch at a beautiful mountain top agriturismo overlooking the valley. And finally one more unforgettable visit to a producer of prosciutto di Parma. Fantastic experience and wonderful tasting of meat and wine.
Day 2 with Michelle was a walking tour of the center of Parma where we soaked in all the history, art and culture of the area. The only way to truly "see" a place is to walk it with an expert. Parma is a beautiful village that you can only 'skim" on your own. Michelle walked us through all the most beautiful and interesting sites and relayed interesting information on everything we were seeing. It was an unforgettable day.‬

‪Our tour guide, Michelle, lived and breathed Parma. Her passion and knowledge made this private tour - just the two of us - so very special. One of the highlights of our trip to Italy. the food stops were great and also provided us with a tour of the beautiful city of Parma which we had only one day to visit.‬

‪Esperienza pazzesca!! Ho regalato questo tour al mio ragazzo per il suo compleanno. Michelle, con tutta la sua professionalità, ci ha accompagnato e guidato attraverso due produzioni locali e di livello.
Consiglio vivamente, l'emozione nel veder fare il parmigiano è indescrivibile. E come ha detto a fine giornata il mio ragazzo “questo tour dovrebbe essere obbligatorio per legge”.‬

‪A fantastic and well planned food tour through the center of Parma. We loved the historical background and the obvious passion and expertise that Michelle has for the area. It was our first time to Parma and she provided a wonderful foundation for our family exploration. Highly recommended!‬
