La azienda Borgo de Gazzano impecable, 10 puntos.
Pero, la agencia de turismo y el servicio, dejaron mucho que desear; la verdad esperábamos más de la excursión. Tenemos el privilegio de saber de quesos, sino, hubiera sido decepcionante. Tienen que mejorar el servicio.

Hola Luce, lo siento, pero el recorrido que revisaste no es nuestro recorrido en autobús sabroso sino otro. No llevamos a nuestros clientes a Borgo del Grazzano, por lo que lo que usted escribió se refiere a otra agencia y no a la nuestra. La próxima vez que vengas a Parma te esperamos para que hagas un recorrido con nosotros para que puedas verlo por ti mismo.

Our guide Giacomo was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day trip and we had a lot of fun exploring and learning about the gastronomic culture in Parma and the region - leaving with filled tummies!

We had an amazing day visiting Regiano Parmegiano, Proschiuto and Acetaia factores. Our guide Roberta was very kindly ! We strongly recomed the experience for everyone !

Our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly, and he patiently answered all of my daughter’s random questions. A fun and informative tour for the whole family and the tastings were generous.

Valentina gathered a small group of 7 and gave a thorough & impassioned introduction to the stars of Emilia-Romagna. The stop at a parmeggiano-reggiano producer was great with a detailed explanation of the process followed by a sampling of the cheeses they produced. We proceeded into the beautiful countryside for an impressive tour of a prosciutto production facility. Valentina offered information enthusiastically and welcomed our questions. This half day tour was the perfect way to learn about the famous products of the region. This is a a lovely corner of Italy that deserves as much of the spotlight as others!

Mother and son attended the private cookery lesson at Antonia's villa. I was a contented observer, happy in the knowledge that I would be included in lunch. A very warm welcome was provided by Antonia and her sense of humour quickly became evident. A get to know you snack was indulged in before class. The students were then taught the making of fresh pasta, through to all of the stages of tortelli d'erbetta which then became our lunch. Although not one of the students, I was very impressed with the final dish, with Antonia providing the vino, dessert and coffee. I had intended spending the lesson time doing some reading but became caught up in observing the techniques, tips and laughs provided by Antonia. All in all a most enjoyable morning and lunch was had by students and observer. Highly recommended.

Hi, thank you for your lovely review. You and your family have touched with your hand and your stomach the warm welcome and love that characterize Italy. Homemade Fresh pasta, wine and coffee are the basis of a typical lunch in our nation. The techniques for the preparation are a very truly secret that also we have to learn. Of course, in the end, it's fantastic and satisfying to eat what you prepare with your hand.

Our tour guide, Giacomo, was great! He shared a lot of interesting facts about the area. We enjoyed the Parma ham as well as the cheese tour, but the star of the show, in our opinion, was the balsamic tour!
If you have a sensitive nose like me, be aware that the cheese and ham tours are quite pungent at times! All in all, great activity and would recommend to others.

Hi, thank you for your review we are so happy that you enjoyed your food tour. You are right the smell is quite pungent but it is necessary for the product. The Balsamic Vinegar is a very special product that we love and also the production is very particular, as you said it is a star.

Our tour director Elena was magnificent, She was informative, very interesting and eager to answer our questions. She truly enjoyed sharing her passion for Italy, culture and food. We learned a great deal and had a wonderful day.

Our TASTYBUS tour could be a good choice for you. The morning tour includes a visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and PArma ham factory, while the afternoon tour includes a balsamic vinegar and local wine production site. Each tour is 55 eur per person and it includes entrance to the factories, English and Italian speaking guide, tasting and transportation from/to Parma main square.
