Booked a balloon ride over the hills of tuscany for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve both never been on a balloon ride before so we were both nervous. We had Weido as our pilot and he was brilliant, very experienced and great fun. It was an absolute amazing experience. We will definitely do another hot air balloon ride and would highly recommend balloon team Italia.

The reason I am rating this low, is that the description of this Balloon ride does not match where they actually fly- The title says Piedmont from Turin, but they actually fly from near Florence- so I had to cancel and figure out late to reserve another company.

Volo emozionante in compagnia di Guido che ci ha permesso di esplorare i colli toscani con grande gentilezza e professionalità.

Bellissima esperienza! Giornata favolosa per volare, il freddo non si sente.
Questa mattina ho volato con un’amica e altre due ragazze, compagnia gradevole.
Consigliatissima.

Ho volato sopra Firenze, sembrava di toccare il Duomo! Da brividi per quanto bello! Abbiamo poi volato fino in Chianti, se non lo avete già fatto, prenotate subitooooo!

Semplicemente Meraviglioso!!
Una delle esperienze più emozionanti che abbia mai fatto in vita mia!!! Volare sul Chianti, all’alba, nel silenzio totale è stato così suggestivo che ripartirei immediatamente. Federico è stato impeccabile: rassicurante, professionale, gentile e coinvolgente.

The trip with this family owned company was great! Their service and kindness is Excellent. The flight itself is a Beatifull highlight of our trip through Toscany. I can recommend both the activity as well as this company.

Di sicuro un’esperienza meravigliosa. Era già il mio secondo volo ma le emozioni che ti regala questa esperienza sono sempre uniche. Il team è preparatissimo e sempre pronto a rispondere alle tue domande e spiegare in ogni dettaglio il mondo nascosto dietro il volo in mongolfiera. Quando sei in alto trasportato da queste meravigliose mongolfiere e guardi il panorama dall’alto tutto assume un’aria magica , quasi surreale. Consiglio questa esperienza a tutti, da fare almeno una volta nella vita per riscoprire la bellezza della meraviglia e del volo.

Guido e il suo staff simpatico e professionali, volo stupendo tra le colline del Chianti, soldi spesi benissimo, ne vale veramente la pena! Grazie per questa esperienza

Hi, sorry in Genoa it’s not possible , the nearest location it’s Florence or in piedmont Carru.

I am interested in this for 3 adults. In reading the reviews i wonder if you will refund if we are unable to fly. I am from the us and will only have a couple of days to work will. Also would you pick us up at an apartment in central Milan instead of a hotel. thank you
