Booking was simple and communication was good from customer service to driver. Driver messaged prior to flight landing to advise on where to meet and also messaged the evening before return flight to advise of pick up time. Demtry our driver was very helpful with our luggage and the the transfer from Bergamo to Milan was comfortable and felt safe. Cars were in excellent condition and appeared well loooked after. Would definitley use again.

The driver waited at the terminal with a sign despite the other flight. The driver was kind and helpful with the service.

Thoroughly impressed by the professional service availed by us at Milan airport. Our flight was re-routed and when we informed them of our new flight details, they promptly responded and connected me to the driver who took down the revised timings and turned up on time. The vehicle was clean and perfect for our journey. Very impressed by their responsiveness. Anyone can rely on them for sure for a good experience.

Perfect transfer company I suggest them they are professionals .The driver was on time and send us a message on what up to confirm our meeting 4 hours earlier .

Excellent company for transfers . I made by my mistake wrong date of the transfer and they fixed my date without paying cancel fee . My transfers was on time by professional drivers . excellent company !!

Punctual and impeccable service at very honest prices. Friendly and efficient driver who was also very clever in changing the road preemptively to avoid a traffic accident line
