I often say that cycle touring offers the best compromise between time and observation. Add a friendly and motivated guide to the equation and you are set up for an extensive tour around the city and you'll find out many interesting details in an entertaining way.

Tour was terrific. Roberto was knowledgable of the city, history, geography, biking, food, patient, responsive, punctual. I wish we could have spent more time biking with him. The tour out of the Po Valley to the agriculture and hill towns south of the city would be fabulous I'm sure. That is the first time I ever rode and electric assist bike- that is a remarkable invention!! Hills just flatten out with that.

superlativo ! ecco uno degli aggettivi con cui voglio descrivere l'esperienza di 2 giorni fatta a corvara ( alta Badia ) in concomitanza della tappa dolomitica del giro d'Italia 2016 , nulla è lasciato al caso , disponibilità e organizzazione al top , noi del gruppo che è stato accompagnato ( tra l' altro mai visti prima ) siamo rimasti soddisfatti a pieno di come abbiamo trascorso l'evento , voto 5 , non aggiungo altro , per sapere di più affidate loro la gestione di eventi

We had the pleasure of 3 days cycling with Roberto around Turin and its surrounds. Roberto is a native of the region and is passionate about cycling and the city. The tours offered unique experiences and the food and wine choices were also carefully considered. Each day yielded a new perspective of the city. I can heartily recommend Gran Tours as a five star experience. Book this! Brilliant!

Ho fatto un paio di tour guidati con le bici elettriche e posso dire che sono fra i più interessanti a cui abbia mai partecipato. Nulla di noioso o scontato. Ho scoperto cose della mia città città di cui non ero a conoscenza. La guida è molto preparata e piacevole. i percorsi sono alla portata di chiunque (anche mia moglie che non ha mai usato una bici elettrica...). Consiglio vivamente ai turisti e ai torinesi che vogliono passare una giornata diversa nella propria città. Molto bravi! Grazie per la splendida esperienza!

Fantastic ride around the city of Torino on great bikes that have electric motors on standby for those pesky little hills. Roberto our guide gave us a wonderful overview of the history of Torino as we stopped along the way. The stories behind the palaces, squares and gardens gave us a greater appreciation of the city.
Our tour finished with spectacular view over Torino near sunset with the snow capped alps in the distance. To finish off a wonderful afternoon we all had a superb local wine with delicious aperitifs at a local cafe with Roberto. A very memorable tour that we all highly recommend if you visit Torino!

What a wonderful way to see Turin! Our guide, Roberto, took us through the city, down back alleys and cobblestone streets. We visited numerous sites including a park, several palaces, medieval churches, and ancient Roman ruins. Roberto explained the historical impact of each site and we learned all about the significant importance of the city to Italy’s proud history. Our tour ended with a wine tasting in the vineyards of Villa della Regina (Queen’s Villa), high up on a hill overlooking the city of Turin, such an amazing view.
Forget the tour buses; this is the way to see Turin, a great Italian city. The e-bikes add a boost of power to peddling and eliminate any challenge to an otherwise imposing hill. Anyone who can ride a bicycle can complete this tour with ease.

I only had one day to see most of Turin. Decided to try the "Unusual Torino" tour with Gran Tour Bike. Simple text message and I was confirmed for the next morning. Roberto and gang are great! The shop is just on the other side of the river. We rode for about 25 miles. Covered all the major parks and had great views the entire time. Roberto knowing we only had one day to explore changed up the normal route and provided us quick tour and history of some the top sites in town. I learned so much about the history and architecture. Great way to beat jet lag and get some fresh air. The ride was awesome and lunch was just as good! Give Gran Tour a try when you are visiting Turin! If you want a short day ride or a couple day trip the guys at Gran Tour have you covered! The electric bikes are easy and make the hills only as hard as you want them to be! Great time! thanks Roberto!

Due giorni fantastici tra le colline del Monferrato e delle Langhe. Fra vigneti e antichi borghi, abbiamo esplorato una delle più suggestive zone del Piemonte, ammirando i dolci paesaggi che fanno da sfondo a queste colline.
La fatica in bicicletta è stata più che ricompensata dai piaceri enogastronomici che hanno reso famosa questa terra. La degustazione di ottimi vini e il cibo di qualità hanno allietato i pranzi e la sera del sabato. Un'esperienza particolare, che ci ha uniti fin dal primo momento in un piacevole spirito di gruppo. Da riprovare, sicuramente!
La fatica in bicicletta è stata più che ricompensata dai piaceri enogastronomici che hanno reso famosa questa terra. La degustazione di ottimi vini e il cibo di qualità hanno allietato i pranzi e la sera del sabato. Un'esperienza particolare, che ci ha uniti fin dal primo momento in un piacevole spirito di gruppo. Bellissimo week end tra Langhe e Monferrato: vigneti, sole, compagni di avventura simpatici e "buongustai", ottimo Barbera e, last but not least, le nostre preziose amiche biciclette: con o senza pedalata assistita ci hanno accompagnato discrete e preziose, belle e agili, regalandoci splendidi momenti in libertà e allegria.
