‪Durch Zufall sind wir bei einem Spaziergang auf der Giudecca in dem Studio von Monica Martin gelandet. Abgesehen von der ohnehin zauberhaften Atmosphäre des alten Klosters mit seinen Ateliers ist das Studio von Monica besonders empfehlenswert. Sie bietet sehr vielseitige hochwertige Kunst, von Keramik über Holzschnitte bis zur Acryl- und Ölmalerei bietet sie alles auf hohem Niveau und bei sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Beratung. Ein Besuch im Itaca Art Studio ist fast jedem Atelierbesuch rund um San Marco vorzuziehen, egal, ob Sie nach einer kunstvollen Kleinigkeit als Mitbringsel oder nach einem Gemälde für die eigenen Räume suchen.‬

‪We found Monica and her wonderful work when visiting the ex Convent SS. Cosma e Damiano on La Giudecca. If you haven't been, please do go! We bought some wonderful presents, and our friend bought us 2 of Monica's prints that we were admiring (and which are now at our local framers!) Monica is a fascinating and inspiring artist, and was so kind and patient showing us her studio. If you read this review, please do visit her: you will not regret it! ‪Ho trovato ''Itaca Art Studio di Monica Martin'' perché era fra le top 10 dell'Isola della Giudecca, ma a parer mio potrebbe far parte delle top 10 di tutte le Isole di Venezia! E' un piccolo mondo, pieno di colori e di creatività. Ci sono opere di tutti i tipi! Monica è super gentile e disponibile a raccontare tutto ciò che sta dietro a queste creazioni meravigliose, ed è stato davvero molto interessante conoscere alcuni suoi aneddoti.
Ho acquistato una borsa con le gondole colorate: è super comoda e spaziosa!
Ci tornerò sicuramente.‬

La sede è meravigliosa e Monica è disponibilissima, mi ha spiegato tutte le sue opere e le tecniche con cui sono realizzate. Gli oggetti sono stupendi, perfetti sia da avere in casa che da regalare! ‪Itaca Art Studio on the Island of Giudecca in the peaceful cloisters of the ex convent of SS Cosma e Damiano. Just a 5 minute walk from Palanca Vaporetto stop.
Monica is a really lovely warm lady who speaks a multitude of languages you will be very well looked after by her and her lovely studio overlooking a peaceful garden is wonderful
Many treasures for you to buy and shipping is no problem, we love her work.‬
