If you are looking for a language school in Italy, Parola is the perfect choice!! They offer a wide variety of course options, which are best suited to your learning level and skillset. Every teacher is beyond helpful, caring, and makes learning FUN!! Matteo & Massimo provided thorough lessons which allowed me to learn Italian quickly and efficiently. The school also hosts activities such as dinners and tours, which allows you to meet your fellow classmates, learn more about the wonderful history and culture of Florence, and feel part of a community. Simone and Gianluca will provide continuous support all throughout your learning journey! 10/10 recommend!!! Parola è la migliore!!

I was only at this school for one week (unfortunately) but after that week I was so sad to leave. The teachers were great, and so were Gianluca and Simone who run the school. I liked the structure of the lessons, and felt immediately integrated in my class from the very first moment. I highly recommend Parola to anyone who is thinking of taking Italian lessons in Italy. You will have the best experience ever!

Parola, c’est une expérience!
Plus qu’une école c’est une immersion en Italie! Des mon arrivée j’ai eu l’impression d’être accueilli dans une famille, Mon séjour n’aurait certainement pas été le même sans l’accueil enthousiaste de Gianluca, les cours enrichissants d’Anarita, et la visite guidée de Simone. Cette école est remplie de gens sympathiques, les élèves arrivant du monde entier le ressentent, climat propice à l’échange, la convivialité, l’apprentissage. C’est tellement vivant!
C’est un must pour qui veut apprendre l’italien avec des gens passionnés et bienveillants !
Vraiment, un grand bravo à tous!

I have attended other language schools, however, Parola remains my favourite. The atmosphere is welcoming, jubilant, and with a staff of excellent teachers, you will be glad you came to learn Italian at Parola!

Best place to improve Italian with great instructors and kind staff. I have attended a course for a month. Instructors(Silvia, Francesca & Marcello) had a lot of patience and they were always willing to help. Staff(Gianluca & Simone) were always ready to help and they organised really nice cultural activities. I hope, i can attend a course there again

I did two weeks of Italian lessons here, over two summers. The classes and instructors were excellent and the cost was very reasonable. I also did private lessons, which were very helpful for me. I would go back again for sure. The location is very central and the building is pleasant and spacious. There are many restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff are excellent and helpful. This was one of my favorite experiences in Italy. After each week of classes, I felt much more comfortable speaking Italian during my stays in Italy. Grazie mille!

My husband and I have been studying Italian for two years in the United States. This year, we decided to spent two months in Italy to experience a fuller/comprehensive immersion into the Italian culture and language. We spent three weeks in Florence. After researching/ evaluating a few language schools, we decided to enroll in the Parola School. The administrative staff (Gianluca and Simone) were both incredibly friendly and informative. They made us feel so comfortable and welcomed... as one knows, learning a new language can be very intimidating. We ended up enrolling for two weeks, taking two 2-hr sessions. The first session of grammar was with Annarita, and the second session of conversation was with Silvia. I cannot compliment nor thank these two instructors enough. They were excellent - their teaching style, their knowledge, general demeanor and personality (friendly, funny, kind, patient). Our class was international - students of all ages and from various countries (Japan, US, Chili, Spain, Australia, and England). Both instructors were skilled at bringing the students together; creating this special camaraderie among perfect strangers. We learned so much from both instructors as well as other students, and we had a blast. I would strongly recommend taking courses at this school. Andy and I will return sometime in the future. We are thinking next year for one month.... can't wait !!! Thank you Silvia, Annarita, Gianluca and Simone … it was a true pleasure and soooo much fun. Na enkele jaren Italiaanse les te hebben gevolgd in Nederland, was ik deze week te gast bij Francesca en Annelita op de Parola-school. Na vijf dagen is mijn Italiaans goed verbeterd en mijn woordenschat verrijkt.
Een prachtige ervaring met docenten die hun vak verstaan om mensen te helpen in het verbeteren van de taal. Grote klasse!!

J’ai beaucoup cherché sur internet une école pour apprendre l’italien et je suis tombée sur Parola , beaucoup d’avis positifs, alors après deux semaines passées je confirme tout de que j’ai lu !
C’était une superbe expérience, les professeurs sont les meilleures, trop impliquées et m’ont beaucoup aidé pour apprendre cette belle langue
Nous avons fait une sorties au musée et c’était très instructif
Je salue Francesca ,Marcello et toute l’équipe ( une autre merveilleuse professeur de discussion que j’ai oublié son nom :))
Je compte bien retourner dès que j’aurai l’occasion

Na škole jsem druhý týden a nemohla jsem si vybrat lépe. Doporučila mi ji studentka v Praze a měla pravdu. Škola není velká a cítíte se tam jako doma. Snaží se Vás naučit co nejvíce a v odpoledních hodinách přiblížit co nejvíce život v Itálii a ve Florencii. Program a výuku plánují tak, aby byla jak pro talenty, tak pro ty ostatní. Pokud potřebujete zajistí i ubytování. Doporučuji.
