We enjoyed a fabulous day in Tuscany with Alessandro as our guide. Ale was friendly, polite and very informative. He planned a great day for us with stops at the American WW 2 Cemetery, a boutique winery, and Pisa as well as other stops at interesting and beautiful locations.
Thanks for an amazing day. We will definitely call on you again when we are in Florence!

Alessandro provided transportation for myself and friends from the rome airport into florence and then to Civitavecchia port. He also provided us tour information to Cinque Terra for a day trip. We were very happy with the service, the drivers were on time, safe drivers and very courteous and knowledgeable. I plan on using his tour service again and would totally recommend him.

I struggle with where to begin with this review because Alessandro is such a gem and it's so hard to put the magic of our day into words. In the morning, he picked us up at our hotel in Florence from there we visited Piazzale Michelangelo (in the “Beverly Hills of Florence”—incredible views of the city), the American Cemetery and WWII Memorial (very profound), San Gimignano (delightful village and home of the world’s best gelato), lunch and wine tasting at Il Colombaio (in the Chianti region—utterly incredible wines and food, 10/10), and finished with a visit to Siena (home of the Palio Siena). Alessandro dropped us off that night - full and very happy - at our hotel in Bologna. He is incredibly knowledgeable (we learned SO much from him), easy to talk to and a wonderful host. Thanks so much Alessandro - we are so grateful!

This was my second time booking Alessandro and once again, he did great! My husband and I needed to get from Florence to Rome and wanted to make the most of our day. We planned a trip to San Gimignano and Siena with Alessandro and cannot thank him enough for his hospitality and kindness!

Alessandro was very pleasant and professional. He drove us to the places we asked him to, being very flexible and accommodating the whole time. He also shared many interesting stories about the places we were touring. Definitely a 5-start experience!

We had the best day of our trip to Italy with Alessandro! He picked us up at our apartment in Florence, which was such a treat so we didn't have to walk anywhere to find a meeting point. Then we had a lovely day visiting San Gimignano, Siena, and an amazing small winery. Alessandro gave us tons of time to visit the towns and also gave us great advice for what to see and where to get food in both towns. He even stood in line for us to get tickets to see the Duomo in Siena while we did some shopping and site seeing in the Piazza del Campo. The drive was in such a beautiful part of Italy, and we even stopped by Piazzale Michelangelo to see the lovely Florence skyline on our way out of town (yes, I know, it's known for sunsets, but we enjoyed it more when it was empty and uncrowded.) We had another day trip to drive a Ferrari in Modena that we navigated on our own - what a hassle! All day we kept saying "we should've booked Alessandro for this trip!!!" Five Stars!!!

Alessandro did an extraordinary job for friends, so I need to mention it. If you want this level of service, contact him.
My friends from the US hired him to get them to the airport in Florence in time for their flight. He did so, and when they arrived, they realised that one of them had left their phone back at the hotel. If they hired him to return to the hotel, they would be late for check-in. Solution? Alessandro returned to the hotel himself, while they checked into the flight and checked their baggage. He got the phone, drove back to the airport, parked, and returned the phone before they went through security. Bravo! Who wouldn’t return to Italy after this level of attention?!?
My friends Zelle’d me a generous gratuity, and asked me to forward it to Alessandro. As this was “normal “ service to him, he refused to accept the gratuity, and to tie my hands, falsely acknowledged “receipt “ of the amount to my friends!!! Fortunately, I know a friend of his girlfriend, and turned the gratuity over to her, and she paid for some aperitivi for all of them, so I did not have to benefit unfairly from his superb service and customer focus.
I cannot recommend Alessandro’s help more strongly!

Absolutely incredible experience!! Ale was professional and fun. He knows all the best wineries and makes you feel so comfortable in the car. We got to see the best view from Florence on our way to the wineries, our best day was with Ale out of 7 days in Florence! Thank you for everything!

Alessandro drove us roundtrip from Florence to Chianti for a dinner that lasted 3.5 hours. He was friendly, professional, and pointed out the sights along the way. We never would have been able to get a taxi that late at night in the small village. We appreciate him waiting all that time to drive us back to Florence. We highly recommend him for private transfers and tours.

Booked Alessandro through Tripadvisor recommendations. We needed a driver to collect us from Livorno cruise port for a day's touring of Pisa and Lucca.
Alessandro has a licence for accessing areas that other drivers do not, so he was waiting for us in port next to the ship at our agreed start time. He was very friendly and informative and a delight to be with all day. His English is excellent.
First stop was Pisa. A traffic hold up was swiftly identified and Alessandro found an alternative way around it. After a short stay around Miracle Square for the leaning tower, we were soon on our way to Lucca.
It was about an hour to Lucca, through beautiful Tuscan countryside. Alessandro pointed out interesting moments and the trip soon passed. He parked inside Lucca's walls and gave us a map depicting a good self walking tour through the city.
Fortunately the predicted rain and storms did not arrive, although we were treated to a leaf storm as the wind picked up during a walk around the walls of Lucca.
Alessandro was waiting for us at the agreed pick up time and escorted us safely back to the port - again right next to the ship, so no awkward navigation of side streets.
A really great day of touring with an exceptional driver. Thank you Alessandro. I hope you have more Lucca maps as I still have yours!

My husband and I and 2 teenage sons will be inFlorence for a few days and we’re hoping to book a half day tour on August 16. We would like it to include the Uffizi (not too long as our boys think Museum is a bad word) and other local attractions. Please advise if you are avialable.
