Luca è una persona precisa e seria. Di poche parole, grande attenzione alla sicurezza. l'immersione , anzi le due immersioni all'isola d'elba sono state belle, con due guide per 7 persone. comodo il gommone, gentile il pensare all'acqua e alla frutta. Consigliatissimo.

Goed georganiseerd met goede begeleiding. De mannen in de boot waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Mooie snorkel ochtend waarbij er 2 locaties werden aangedaan en er per locatie 45 min kon worden gesnorkeld

Esperienza eccezionale, ragazzi del diving bravissimi , alla mano e competenti, noi eravamo in 5, tutti molto soddisfatti

Il Diving è piccolino, ma l'organizzazione e la logistica del posto sono molto buone. Anche per gruppi numerosi. Le immersioni sono molto molto valide. Da non sottovalutare la Costa degli Etruschi che è ricca di vita bentonica e nudibranchi.
Le guide sono gentili e disponibili. Unica cosa, i subacquei non sono tutti open. Vanno gestiti in maniera diversa😎

Nonostante la gentilezza di Claudia, l'atmosfera del diving è stata piuttosto fredda, mi sembrava quasi di disturbare.
Fatta immersione il 26 agosto, profondità massima raggiunta, 12 metri...ho un brevetto aodw e 300 immersioni, mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio o comunque di essere preventivamente informata che si sarebbe trattato di un'immersione di questo tipo, in modo da poter scegliere.

It's a fine diving school, and I'll explain why.
Arriving, they just give you a form to fill out, and get your stuff for you. They don't ask you how many dives you have done, or anything related to your diving history. It's not that important, but it'd be nice of them to show some interest.
I had only done 6 dives to get my Open Water a couple months ago, so I had forgotten some things. The instructors were rushing around so I had to ask another costumer if he could help me out. Again, not completely their fault as they can expect me to know everything, but it'd nice of them to give me a hand.
The boat trip to the dive spot was perfect, I got a good briefing in English before she did it in Italian, but when I had to put my weight belt on, there was zero assistance. Usually I'm able to put it on myself, but as they had forgotten to bring my weight belt, I had to use a different one which wasn't very simple to use.
The actual dive was perfect too. Good assistance and attention.
Then when we got back at the diving school, I was completely left alone, not knowing where to clean everything and to put everything out to dry. After I figured that out, I wanted to sit down with my instructor to write everything down in my logbook, which she said we would do because I didn't get my own computer, but all I got was a signature and stamp.
I think I'm used to people at diving schools being insanely friendly and interested in you as a person, but that's just not the feeling I got at this place. I'm not saying it's a bad diving school, but if you like to have a chat with your instructor and feel very welcome, I don't recommend this place.

Non e stata una esperienza del tutto positiva . Non per la mancanza di professionalità che si è mantenuta nei limiti,ma per la mancanza di trasparenza nei confronti del cliente. Programmi cambiati all'ultimo momento con conseguente annullamento di uscite già da tempo prenotate. Anche il clima che, normalmente, all'interno di un diving è sempre cordiale e cameratesco, qui direi che è piuttosto....freddo .

It's a moment now I think about writing a review about this dive center. I don't like to write negativ things, but after long reflexion, I think it is important to tell about it from a point of view of somebody who worked in this industrie.
To begin, it's the first diving center I was (even in Italy) who won't control your level, you never have to show your certification. Just tell what you want, nobody care.
If you have a sickness or maybe you don't know that you can not dive for medical reason, nobody will care. They don't want to see your medical attest and if you don't have one they will not ask you to fill up a medical statement.
The organisation of the dive center is a pure chaos, there is no organised place to dry the gears properly, no organisation at all, everything just hang outside over fence or just where there is place. As good as the next day you find your stuff again ... or not. That exactly what happend to my friends, they exchange the gears between the divers. Always usefull to ask you to pay for a "check dive" (where they check absolutly no skills by the way) ...
As every guest wash the dive center gear by themself, without any supervision or explaination, I saw all the regulators beein washed by ... pressing the second stage, put under the water...
The staff has absolutly no idea about the basics of security, I don't know if the "Dive Master" we had just get graduate or was new in the staff, even if she try to do her best, I'm sorry to tell that, but she has absolutly no Idea of what she do. I felt unconfortable for the other divers who was not so experienced all of what I saw was really dangerous, it's a wonder that nothing worst happend there till now.
A little bit about the dive sites, maybe there are some nice sites over there, but where they took us has absolutly no interess, just put people in water and take the cash.
A word about the price, the dives is really not cheap, for material renting expensive, for the quality and the serious, definitively overkill.
If you are beginer, or has less experience, avoid this dive center for your security.
If you are confirmed diver and you don't want absolutly dive here, then go somewhere else.

We think your review is made at the wrong diving center. None of these description is real.
We always ask the level at the time of booking and we check the license before the dive while the diver completes the form of responsability and medical certificate.
We have a place outside to dry the gears, when everything is dry we put all inside the diving center. If the diver rents equipment is for all dives of the day, exchange the equipment between the dives is impossible. We usually wash our equipment, those who their own do it themselves.
We never ask a check dive, but we recommend a simple dive, or a refresh dive, or a dive with personal instructor if the diver hasn’t done this activity for a long time.
In the 2019 staff there was no Dive Master but all qualified Instructor. Each of them does the best they can, if sometimes it has happened that they didn’t indicate the beauty of nature, probably they was too busy to ensure safety.
The 2019 price list is in according with all Italian diving center: 35€ for the single dive along the coast, 20€ a day for renting all equipment.
Really this review can not be for us!

Sono stato qui circa 3 anni fa, e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene, sono molto professionali e offrono un'ottima assistenza.

One dive was given to me as a present from my girlfriend. We had to come from far and arrived a bit late. First the instructor didn't introduce herself. She asked my girlfriend about my experience, not me. When my girlfriend told her about it, her response was "I will decide about it, I am the instructor". Then she gave me a form to fill in and left to take some diving equipment. I told her my last dive was in sweet water and already two years ago. I didn't get the opportunity to fit the jacket, had to put it immediately on the bottle, while she was waiting and pushed with asking if I already finished. The quality of the equipment was ok. I asked if she could give me some information about the boat, the trip and the dive (also to know if I should bring a bag on board, bring my glasses, a bottle of water), but the answer was that she would tell me on the boat. So we went on the boat, I didn't bring anything. After 10 min we arrived at the diving spot, "the finger". Her colleague (Federica) gave the instructions in italian to two italian men, and the instructor (I still don't know her name) to me in English. Federica and me were assigned to each other as buddies. I don't know which is the experience of Federica, we didn't have a chance to speak before we went into the water. I wonder if the instructor also told Frederica that we were buddies, because during the dive Frederica never stayed close, went everywhere to look in every hole she could find and never looked at me, her buddy. At first I tried to stay close to her, but that was not working. Then I decided to at least stay close to the group, the other three (two men and the instructor) because the visibility was not good (10-12m) and then to keep an eye on my buddy from more distance. At one moment the instructor waved at me and asked me to follow her, so I did. When I reached her, the two men had followed but my buddy was out of sight. The instructor then looked angry at me and signalled where I left my buddy! Luckily I think she then realised it was the buddy that was not making good, because after Federica finally reached us, the instructor signalled to her that she now had to lead. From that moment it was finally possible to stay close to her, but that was only a few minutes before we went to the surface. There was no debriefing. On the zodiac the instructor tried to tell me that I had to take my jacket and regulator already off the bottle, but because of the noise of the zodiac and the water I didn't hear her and asked her to repeat. Apparently also that was not nice for her, according to the face that she made.
I saw her once more in the shop and asked for a stamp in my logbook. For the rest there was no talking.
Conclusion:
- equipment: ok
- dive: visibility so so, for the rest a quiet dive.
- buddy: not good
- information before leaving: zero
- briefing on board: ok
- friendliness: zero
I would advice everybody to look further for an other dive center, unless you don't mind about friendliness and professionality and if you bring your own reliable buddy.
I saw her once more in the shop and asked for a stamp in my logbook. For the rest there was no talking.
Conclusion:

- dive: visibility so so, for the rest a quiet dive.
- buddy: not good
- information before leaving: zero
- briefing on board: ok
- friendliness: zero

Bonjour je souhaiterais plonger mercredi 14 août l'après midi. Pouvez vous me donner vos tarifs pour une plongée de niveau 1 de la fédération Française de plongée ? Et le prix pour la location de matériel de plongée ? Merci beaucoup pour votre réponse

Buongiorno vorrei fare un immersione con voi se possibile in questa settimana noleggiando l’attrezzatura (parziale). Posso sapere che prezzi fate e orari? Grazie mille. Io ora sono in campeggio a Castagneto Carducci.
