Hanno davvero ragione nel definirsi " Boutique " Tour Operator e dovrebbero essere di ispirazione a chiunque abbia intenzione di lavorare in ambito turistico.
La conoscenza dei luoghi e delle attrazioni, la conoscenza delle lingue, la puntualità e la precisione sono doti tecniche certamente fondamentali e che loro hanno ben oltre ogni aspettativa.
Ma il salto qualitativo - assolutamente difficile per i più - ha origine nella loro passione, nel voler condividere e stupire, nell' orgoglio di mostrare.
Un' attenzione al dettaglio decisamente maniacale e nulla lasciato al caso.
BRAVI DAVVERO!

Fantastic tour company. All transportation was via Mercedes Benz vehicles, very nice. Drivers and guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and spoke excellent english. Country Tours helped arrange all our tours and made several recommendations. All were excellent. They recommended Lucca and it was charming.

The team did a great job handling a weeklong itinerary for our family of 8 – numerous private tours, transportation, and train tickets.
All of the tour guides and drivers were wonderful! We especially enjoyed learning from Paola at the Uffizi, Pitti Palace, Duomo, and L’Accademia in Florence. Our Cinque Terre driver Michaela was incredibly helpful, funny, and most importantly a good, safe driver.
Every detail was perfect, thanks to Alexandra and her team!

Wow, if you want to be part of a special tour then this is the one for you. We were taken by air conditioned Mercedes to some of the most beautiful locations and wineries in Tuscany. Antonio and Fabio were wonderful tour guides and sourced some outstanding things to do and see.
Thoroughly recommended.

Alexandra and the Exclusive Country Tours team did a phenomenal job organizing our first-time trip to Italy. The team was incredibly detail-oriented and listened to exactly what we wanted, which in this case was some truly authentic food & wine experiences. From Rome to the Amalfi coast to Tuscany, we felt very taken care of.
In Tuscany in particular, our guide Antonio was very thoughtful and took us to some unique wineries and farms. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the area and very professional, but it still felt like a friend was showing us around. We will definitely be going back to Italy, and when we do, our first call will be to Exclusive Country Tours!

We were extremely pleased with the quality and the service provided by Alexandra at Exclusive Country Tours. We highly recommend using them for your trip to Italy. We traveled from Venice, to Florence, Chanti district, to Lucca, Parma, Lake Como (Bellagio) and then Milan. Everything was expertly planned for us including our lodging, tours, and transportation.

Recently went on a trip to Siena and had a great experience with this company. First - experienced a great private transfer from the airport in Florence to Siena. Fabio took excellent care of us and made our first trip to Italy great from the start. In addition on another day of our trip we used Exclusive Country Tours to take a day trip to Brunello wine country!. Again - Fabio was our guide and it was a once in a lifetime experience. Private tours of the vineyards, scenic tour of downtown Montalcino and just a spectacular day in the heart of Tuscany. I highly recommend this!

During our stay in Siena earlier this month me and my husband took 2 day trips with Country-Tours, one to San Gimignano and Chianti and the Montalcino wine tour. Both or these tours were exceptional. Our driver, Fabio, met us at our location at the exact timeand we drove through the beautyful landscape of Tuscany. He was fantastic, was knowledgable, answered all our questions and pointed out interesting sights and places to visit. We had lunch both days in some very nice villages at unforgettable restaurants that we would never have found by ourselves. We also visited some very nice boutique wineries both in Chianti and Montalcino area that were , just great.
The communication with the company was excellent. They responded promptly to all emails and after my first inquiery I felt I was already a friend of both Costanza and Alexandra and that they were there for my service. I would strongly recommend Country Tours to those who are considering exploring Tuscany or other regions in Italy. They are professionals with a very peronal service.

This was our second outing with Exclusive Country Tours - once three years ago and again this summer. Fabio was an exceptional tour guide - kind, considerate, and knowledgable. He picked up our group at the villa we were staying at (which was VERY off the beaten path) and took us to one winery, then to tour a fortress, then to a small town where we wandered and shopped briefly, then to an exquisite lunch where he was a delightful and interesting participant, and finally to another winery before returning us to our villa (it was an 8+ hour day). Dealing with the company via email was easy and their response time was prompt. I would highly recommend using this company to any and all looking for a terrific day of wine tasting in the Tuscan countryside.

I have been on numerous wine tours, but just on my own. This was the first time I had booked a tour with a company to take me and my family around. Exclusive wine tours does a great job in creating a unique experience. Most people who would book a trip like this have been in a few wineries and know how wine is made. Our trip went to a very old estate (14th century), that was still in the family, that had started making wine only "recently". It was very interesting to hear about the history of the villa, the family etc. We also went to a farm where they made cheese, olive oil, etc. The tasting of the freshly made cheese was out of this world. The most unbelievable yogurt ever! And that from a person who HATES yogurt and never eats it. Our tour stopped for lunch at a local trattoria which was also wonderful. We ended the tour at San Gimignano for some site seeing and gelato. Antonio and Fabio, who were our guides, were courteous, friendly and made the day memorable. The Mercedes vehicles were also nice and comfy. Book with confidence with Exclusive Wine Tours. Caio.
