Highly recommended - very friendly and helpful. Loved how he navigated out way throughout Interlaken showing us some amazing spots and the hot coffee!

We had the best time. Sedrig was the best tour guide. He made it so much fun and he was so knowledgeable. We learnt so much about the history of Switzerland. He was patient and so friendly. This is must do on your trip to Interlaken!

This was an incredible experience we can’t recommend enough and by far our favourite activity we have done in Interlaken.
The guide Sedrick was so kind, funny and had amazing knowledge of the area to share with us. The views were unbelievable and anyone could do the bike ride it is suitable for all people.
Absolutely recommend this to anyone and everyone!

We had the best times. Sedgwick was an amazing bike guide. Fun bikes easy riding flat. A great way to see interlarken seeing places you wouldn't see on your own. Highly recommend for a morning if great riding and the sites of interlarken. Thanks to Sedgwick and Thomas amazing service.

We hired bikes for a 4 hour cycle ride around Interlaken. It was a route recommended by Yellow Velo and it gave us an excellent view of the town, the river and the lakes using a downloadable route map. Plenty of time for stopping for coffee and lunch. The bikes were really good and well maintained and the route was fairly flat with just a few manageable climbs. Yellow Velo has a great range of bikes, super helpful and friendly staff and we would definitely hire bikes from them again!

Love this shop! If you're into you road cycling then you will love this place. They have so great vintage cycling kit and bikes.
However, it was the amazing service and support they gave that made me want to write this review.
Tommy and his employee (sorry didn't catch his name) were very helpful, over the phone to start with then in store.
We hired 4 bikes (2 adults, 2 kids) initially for 2 hours but ended up riding the whole day in and around Interlaken.
A beautiful, accessible and appropriate route was suggested for us to take. Along the way we jumped in lakes and rivers, had a few coffee shops and the bikes we fantastic in a range of terrains.
Will definitely use Yellow Velo again.

Great easy cruise to see a few of the sites Interlaken has to offer! Recommend for first timers looking to pack in sites in a short space of time

I did not actually go on a tour, rather I located Yellow Velo on a Sunday for emergency bike repairs. Tommy was very gracious and helpful to get me back on the road. His shop was the only one in the area open on Sundays. Service was quick and a reasonable charge. I highly recommend this bike shop.

We opted for Yellow Velo for our family bike hire in Interlaken based on previous reviews and weren't disappointed. Good location for a variety of trails and plenty bike options. We opted for a 4 hour approx route which had lots of variety. Easy to navigate due to signage along the way. Would recommend using yellow velo for bike hire in the area.

A great way to see some of the beautiful sights of Interlaken! A nice paced tour with lots of amazing photo opportunities. Got to learn about some of the local history. Had stops to top up our bottles with the natural fountain sprint water, and we were even given the option to stop for ice-cream, and have a swim in the gorgeous clear turquoise water if we chose (so bring swimwear if you'd like to swim too). Had really lovely day. A must if you are visiting the area. Totally recommend!
