A terrible experience with them. We booked two tickets for the next morning 8:30 AM . We came early to the meeting point exactly at 8:15 AM . We did not find anyone. We contacted them through WhatsApp. They said you are late because the time was changed to 8:00. We tried to contact you without a response, knowing that they were lying. no one contacted us. We asked for a refund of 360 francs, and after 2 hours of staling , they informed us that only 260 francs would be returned and they will keep 100 francs for the trainers’ fees! I told them this is robbery and I will call the police! Their tone changed instantly, but for a final shot they said that they will refund within two days, although the process is just a press of a button, but their bad intentions were clear, so I refused to leave and intended to call the police. Finally they returned the full amount. Bad company, we wasted half of the day dealing with them. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We treat our customers correctly and fairly. Our goal is to achieve a positive and enjoyable experience together with our guests because we ourselves are enthusiastic with and about our work. We also expect our guests to adhere to time agreements, otherwise the entire day will be postponed.
Such negative, untrue reviews not only hurt a company but also hurt all the motivated and good people who give their best for our customers every day!

MUST DO!!! Super friendly and such an exciting activity. 5 of us from Cambodia including 8-9 years old girls had an amazing time with the pilots.

Every part of it was wonderful. My pilot, Rémy ,explained what was needed in a way that made it a very enjoyable experience to all. He was perfect in his attitude, attention, reassuring all the time. I really had a pleasant experience enjoying the view of the beautiful area from above at sunset. Even the landing was very smooth and easy. I am 54 years of age and would like to go through it again one day. My husband had a similar experience with his pilot Robi. A very trustworthy team.

Paragliding in Interlaken. 11/10 experience. Felt sooo safe. Guides were beyond knowledgable and friendly. This is your sign to do it.

Easy to call and coordinate. Organized everything over the phone while on the train to Interlaken. Met them at the pickup point within a few hours and kicked off our outdoor adventure with an exhilarating glide. Sebastian and Noel were the friendliest and funniest guys and all the while making sure we were safe. Superb!

The description given by the lead pilot prior to my flight put me at ease. One thing I would have wanted to know was that I had to lean forward when running which would have made my takeoff smoother. I had a good conversation with my pilot, Noel. He took good photos and videos.

My wife and I want to do this for our 25th anniversary when we are there in May 2019. We will buy the photo/video package but want to know if we can also wear a chest-mount go-pro camera and fly close (not too close) to each other. Thank-you and see-you-soon.

Dear. Thanks for your message. I'm sure the pilots find a solution to attach your GoPro safely. About flying close together I can't give you an answer ... you'll definitively see each other in the air. How close you can fly together is a decision of the pilots and the weather conditions

Hi, is it possible for me and my partner to paraglide together or must this be done individually with our own pilots?

Good morning - you need your personal pilot for this flight. There is a long and intenisve training necessary to be able to fly safe in the different weather situation
in the alps. But it´s possible to fly close together in the air! And for sure it´s an amazing
adventure. Hope to see you soon...
