‪My wife had lost her diamond ring on trip to California and she wanted to return to Antwerp where we had purchased that ring in 2005. We did some homework prior to our trip and chose several firms to visit. Geretti and one other store responded to all of our emails and questions we had asked. We visited Geretti on the day we arrived from the US and they showed us a variety of loose diamonds. After visiting the other store we returned to Geretti and chose a beautiful diamond and ring that they had ready for us the next day. My wife was ecstatic with her new ring. Geretti also gave us step by step instructions to get the VAT refunded and made everything just so easy. If you will be in Antwerp and are considering the purchase of a diamond then you must visit their store. You definitely will not be disappointed.‬

‪Très grand professionnel, à l'écoute de nos envies. Très sympathique et patient. Ne nous presse pas, on s’y sent bien, nous avons pris le temps !!!
Nous étions là pour acheter un diamant. Il nous a bien conseillés.
Nous sommes repartis avec ... un diamant ... et une bague avec saphir qu'il nous a rapidement mis à la bonne taille.
Sérieux, conseil, écoute, gentillesse.

‪We travelled over from Ireland to pick out an engagement ring, this was our fourth shop and my last stop. From the minute we walked into the shop we both felt very comfortable, we loved the fact we could sit down and relax. I showed Marc the picture of the ring I liked and he brought me out a few similar rings. The very first ring he brought out for me to try on was the one I fell in love with, nothing after that matched. I liked that Marc brought out similar rings with a slightly larger circle and popped the diamond into the ring to show me. He was in no way pushy, we walked out of the shop and at same time went we really liked him. I had to get it resized for a smaller size and thought I'd never get back to collect it. Thanks Marc for a fantastic service im so glad to have purchased my beautiful ring there.‬

‪Sono stata con mio marito sabato 1 ottobre in questo negozio dopo aver letto le recensioni già scritte e posso solo confermare la gentilezza e la professionalità del signore che ci ha accolti. Ha capito il nostro budget e per accontentarmi ci ha trattato benissimo e mi ha reso felice anello solitario bellissimo. Tutto certificato.
Se andate ad Anversa e volete un bel gioiellò vi consiglio questa gioielleria.

‪Repaired a Sentimental Piece of Jewelry‬

‪I had a diamond ring, I rec’d for my 10-year anniversary, it was a row of different sized diamonds and one had fallen out. Very sentimental to me.

For years, jewelers would not bother to repair it. In fact, one jeweler did agree to repair it two years ago and the diamond fell out months later - money lost. I met with Marc and gave him my budget. He inspected the ring and pointed out his observations.

It took a couple of weeks for him to find the proper sized diamond, but throughout the process he kept me updated via text. When the ring was ready, it was perfect like new. He had reinforced the area around the diamonds and polished it up. The cost remained within budget. Needless to say, I am incredibly happy to have my ring back on my finger.‬

‪We travelled from Ireland to Geretti, they we're an absolute pleasure to deal with. Marc went over and above when choosing my engagement ring and bands, super friendly and not pushy. After service is fantastic & nothing is ever a problem when having my rings sent over to be cleaned. I would highly recommend visiting them if you have a special occasion to celebrate.‬

‪Geretti jewellers where recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed.
I live in Scotland and could not visit the store so I messaged Marc. I sent him a picture of a ring I liked, my budget and the spec of the diamond I was after. Within a few hours he sent me a picture of a gorgeous ring and we done a deal.
Received the ring in the post a few days later and I was blown away by it.
My fiancé absolutely loves it
All in all the service and quality of my purchase was bang on and I would recommend them to anyone.‬

‪A++ service & quality. I had done a lot of research prior to coming to Antwerp to replace my engagement ring that I lost. I chose 7 places to visit that had all 5-star reviews & now I know why. Geretti was the first & only place I went. Marc was so accommodating & guided me on which band would best show off the diamond. No high pressure and very easy to work with. Everyone loves my ring & I am so happy! Thank you so much Marc. : )‬
