My fiancee and I went to Antwerp this week, contemplating whether we should buy diamond earrings there. We thought buying Diamonds in the city of diamonds would be a unique experience, but were also worried about possible scams we read about when doing research.
After having visited some stores already (where we had bad feelings), we found Davelli's.
We knew very soon that here we would not have to worry.
The owner Rachel and her husband were more than trustworthy and helpful. She showed us different types of diamonds, explained us the different certifications in length, weighted the loose diamonds in front of us and ket us look at the different stones with a loop so we could see ourselves with diamond we liked the most and what possible inclusions were.
We were absolutely amazed by the owners' knowledge and helpfulness.
Every question she could answer and proof.
We were even present when the stones were put in the stud so we were always "seeing and controlling" our diamonds.
On top, we had a wonderful evening with the owners and talked for hours!
The owners really are wonderful people with a incredible passion and knowledge about diamonds, which has been the family business for years!
If you are looking for a trustworthy shop and a unique shopping experience, look no further!

Anyone going to Antwerp to purchase jewelry need look no further than Davelli's. Gabriel and Rachel provide excellent personal service, taking a personal interest in each of their customers. They provide very high quality, original creative jewelry and one of the best shopping experiences you will every experience. The jewelry they have designed are second to none. We would highly recommend them, we were delighted with our purchase a piece of jewelry that we will treasure for ever. Your personal touch made our experience even more memorable. We went as a couple to buy a replacement wedding ring after losing the original. We chose Davelli because we liked the display. We were attended to immediately, encouraged to take our time, and the sales lady advised me against taking the larger diamond setting since the smaller one was more elegant and suited my narrow fingers better. I'm very pleased with the ring I purchased, according to the authenticity certificate, it's a class F diamond and it beautiful.

This review is coming a bit late, but I think it's better to write something late, than nothing at all.
I went to Davellis in January 2017 in to buy the engagement ring. As I have learned is that most of the jewellers are closed on Saturdays. Fortunately for my Davelli was open. The owner of the shop did not stress my in any was to buy something from them, and used good amount of time to talk about diamonds and everything in between.
I really felt like being taken good care of, the whole family went out their ways to find me exactly the stones I wanted for the ring and earrings - even if the whole diamond shops where closed. The called around to find me the stones and used at least 2-3 hours with me from start to end.
David took me to the workshop where the ring was put into the crown, I was included to the whole process, from choosing the stones, ring and seeing the diamond be placed into the ring.
The whole experience was special and I really felt the hospitality the jewellers in Antwerp is known for. I will definitely use Davelli next time I buy any jewellery.
Definitely one of my best experiences as a customer - best service, great hospitality and a lot of warmness!! 😄

We bought a pair of bi-collor (white and yellow gold) wedding rings at Davelli Jewellery because of the good avaliation they had here. But after just one month the white gold simply vanished almost completely. We contacted the vendors and first they said this was “normal”, although we know this is not true because we have other rings with white gold that hasn´t change for years. After that they try to convince us to change to another ring without white gold. But we chose this type of ring because we like the two colors together. If they knew they were not able to deliver the bi-collor product, they shoud be honest and tell us upfront.The vendor knew we were not from Belgium, so it would be difficult, not to say impossible, for us to return or exchanged the rings, so they just “washed they hands”, refusing to accept any responsibility, saying this would be our problem, not theirs. What should be a special moment for us became a headache. Now we will have to spend more money to have the rings fixed. If you want to go there, all I can say now is what I heard from them: good luck!

Je suis rentrée dans le magasin Davelli et avec l'excellent service de Rachel et Gabriëlle j'ai acheté un bague et un bracelet sertie de diamant a un superbe prix et je compte retourné pour acheté un collier à ma femme je voudrais leur remercie pour le excellent service.

Really the best. Purchased a ring and pendant. Totally professional in knowledge and service. I`m a fussy customer and Davelli spent time explaining and advising enabling me to make the correct choice. I would certainly recommend Davelli to my friends visiting Antwerp.

I was on business in Antwerpen and was searching for nice earings for my daughter. I stop by Davelli and the owners are nice couple, they showed my a couple of it and on the end we made business. Thank you again till next time
