I was here when visiting the Lion's mound. They were very helpful and offered me the all inclusive day pass to this monument and all in the surrounding areas. All done in a day's work! I highly recommend a visit.

J'habite Waterloo depuis 50 ans et j'ai toujours été bien servi à Waterloo Tourisme pour un renseignement culturel ou touristique. Localisation idéale et facile au centre de Waterloo. Service compétent et agréable. Pieters Leo

Great food and drink but does get busy so be prepared for a wait. All of the area is so interesting and this is a perfect base for a day

Vriendelijk onthaal met alle uitleg die je nodig hebt. Een mooie start van een bezoek aan Waterloo. Je krijgt diverse foldertjes en uitleg mee om de diverse musea te bezoeken.

Called in to the office to find out what was in the local area. The lady there was extremely helpful explaining how to drive to each place and the best value ticket to see all the attractions. You can buy a combined ticket for 22Euros which gives you entry to The Lion Mound, Memorial Museum, Panorama, Hougemont, Mont-Saint-Jean, Wellington Museum and Napoleons last HQ museum. This ticket is valid for one visit to each place but can be used anytime within ONE year !!
She also gave us various maps and information on everything as well as giving us details of trains into Brussels and what to see and do there.
All in all very helpful. Spoke good English too !!

cuisine excellente avec épices, sauces et parfums adaptés sur demande si on craint le feu en bouche.

Accueil très chaleureux. On vous donne tous les renseignements nécessaires avec un sourire. Il y a une petite boutique de souvenirs. L'office de tourisme se trouve près de l'église et en face du musée Wellington, tout près de l'arrêt du bus qui va jusqu'au Mémorial 1815.

This year will receive the "Historic Weekend" on 23rd and 24th June.
The re-enactment of the attack on Hougoumont Farm will take place on sunday 24 and they'will be various authentic activities, demonstrations, commemorative march,... during the whole weekend. Hoping to see you there !
