It was so far a strategic choice of our company not to comment on any positive or negative review, but we could not let this particular one get away. Above all because Mrs. Nouli was indeed a regular passenger using a shared service where a vehicle is sent for more than one address. Given that, the driver had to decide a possible route. The available logical choices, as 3 different addresses were included in the itinerary, were two: A) having Reviewer's address as the first to be delivered (more or less 78 minutes, total itinerary) B) having Reviewer's address as the last to be delivered (more or less 75 minutes, total itinerary) The driver made the second choice as the total time was less, in addition the customer and her family (teens) were the last passengers arriving at the meeting point and within the passengers where had been selected to be delivered first were little children. Due to that choice she arrived at her house maximum 30 minutes later than it would be if the driver had chosen the first route, but this is very likely to occurred at a collective service. Speaking of rudeness, when the reviewer realised the driver's choice, started to complain about it, she tried to have contact with the owner of the company and he refer her to the operational centre - office of the company, she declined the contact, because, as she said, she knows him and not the office. From a point and after, it was quite clear that her intention was for a discount to be applied, which did not, as the service fluctuated within its standard. In the end of her route she finger-wagged the driver and made threats to him concerning her future choice for that kind of service, and such an attitude towards an employee, who by her own perspective made a mistake.
