Booked a taxi to pick us up from Salzburg airport 3 weeks before arrival. 2 days before the pick-up, received an email to say the pick-up was cancelled. No apology.
I emailed them about the return booking and was told to use the chat. Waited 1.5 hours before anyone responded on the chat.
I won't be using them again.

The driver was very good despite not speaking much english. However, we booked a pick up at the arrivals gate with a personalised sign but on arrival we received a message (once we managed to get WiFi) that we had to walk up to the departures hall 2 (which is actually Entrance C upstairs). Finding the Entrance C was almost impossible with no signage (which is why we always arrange to be met at the arrivals gate). The whole process was badly managed and poorly thought through. Doubt that we will use AtoB Transfer in the future. The whole experience meant that it cost a lot of time, frustration and more walking around the WAW terminal than I ever want to do in the future. It would have been faster to take a taxi from the rank and less than half the price.

Superb service. Our flight was delayed but the communication from the driver was great. He came back and got us at the time needed. Would use again.

Super communication when I arrived at the airport, easy to find with good direction to point of contact. Very smooth drive and found the villa right away. Very professional, would highly recommend this company.
