The best car rental experience we have ever had. Alex was already waiting for us in the arrivals hall with my name on a paper. He was very nice and helpful. The car was parked right in front of the exit. The paperwork was done quickly and we were on our way within 10 minutes of leaving the plane. The drop-off was also seamless and comfortable, right in the passenger drop-off area. If you are tired of the bored and unwilling staff of big rental companies, always look for local customer-friendly rentals with fair prices like Nice Rent Faro. The car was like new, clean, and in perfect condition. It also looked good - we got a sport packet version with nice wheels and seats (in the cheapest category). I appreciate onboard e-toll system so you can use the motorway anytime you need and the fee is charged later from your card. We'll definitely use Nice Rent services anytime we come back later to visit Algarve.

Location d'une voiture du 28 janvier au 11 février 2023 sans problème, sans contrainte. Nous avons pris l’assurance optionnelle On nous attendait dans le hall de l’aéroport,. Finalisation du contrat papier et paiement par CB de ce qui a été prévu par contrat et remise des clés le tout en 15 min sans problème, La personne est très sympathique, altruiste, et de très bon conseils pour la prise en main de la voiture .Véhicule Clio de 47000 kms très propre, bien entretenue.. .Au retour, avec le plein de carburant effectué à la station proche de l’aéroport, la reprise du véhicule devant le hall de départ en 5 minutes sans souci Pas de mauvaise surprise. Excellente agence de location. Je n'ai jamais eu une aussi bonne expérience avec la location de voitures. Merci à Mr Gomes et son équipe et à Bientôt si vous le voulez….

From start to finish the experience with Nice Rent was amazing. It is the best car hire company we have ever used. Very easy going & you are not constantly looking over your shoulder because you may be scammed like with the bigger uncaring companies. Anytime we are in Portugal we will be using Nice Rent.

Best car rental experience ever. Exceptional service - personable and responsive. Graciously accommodated our flight cancellation. Ines, the owner’s daughter met us at the train station instead of the airport. Greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome. The car was like new. No hassle pick up and return. Nice Rent is an industry model. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Nice Rent, Faro enough. Lovely friendly people. I was met at the airport and the car was right there ready and waiting. I was on my way within 10 minutes after a few formalities. Likewise returning the car. I was met at the airport passenger drop off and handed over the car. It was as simple as that.

Best car rental company I have ever used on my holidays.
Representative met up on arrival hall at Faro airport with my name on a sign.
We went out to the car and arranged paperwork and payment, got key and that was it.
The car was as expected.
Departure even easier.
The representative met us at the departure car park and I handed over the key.
I highly recommend using Nice Rent :-)

Best car rental experience, no issues, Rui the owner provides a professional and personable service, vehicles are modern and clean. Meet inside arrivals hall. Complete paperwork pay rental pick up car parked literally outside. Return is as simple as collection. I rented 2 cars both perfect thanks for making things simple. Great service I recommend this company 100%

Paying with debit card don't have credit card is this an issue ...CDw excess is very high is there a way to reduce this ?

Hi Jan I also pay on debit card and it's never been an issue also I've not needed the excess so it's not been an issue might be worth speaking to the rental company direct if you have an issue with it
