I was delighted to hear about Archery Club Algarve - as a keen archer in the UK, I was really looking forward to coming on holiday to Portugal and being able to shoot there. The set up is great. We really enjoyed the 3D Field course which take you all around the estate of the vineyard. 28 targets - perfect for a mornings shooting before hitting the beach in the afternoon!
Andy and his wife Elfie who own the club, are really friendly and knowledgeable. If you haven't tried archery before, I would definitely recommend this as a fun activity. There certainly can't be many more lovely places to spend the day, walking round taking in the views, learning a new sport!
