Dear Anonymous Reviewer, I´m sorry if your experience with us was nothing but outstanding, like all of our other clients rave about. It almost seems you are reviewing the wrong company. This tour is tailored to explore the highlights of the Center of the Island - title being "Island Center - Fire Lake, Thermal Pool, Vila Franca, Pineapple & Tea" not small villages in the countryside. Even if the weather is not promising, we make the effort to take everybody up the mountain so you get the chance to see the most important view, and you did see it for 2 minutes! That´s an absolute miracle when the mountain is foggy. Either way we are happy you had a good time on the remainder of your tour after the "miserable--wet, cold and nasty" weather part :) We are a family business and we work from our hearths, trying to make every client experience the best.
