‪Great value, great crew‬
‪Brilliant boat tour. Crew were very friendly and attentive. Great value for money. We were provided with blankets for the evening breeze, complimentary nibbles and three glasses of wine. What’s not to like? It’s great to see the Cascais and Estoril coastline from the sea. They also paused to show us a great view of the sunset. All in all it was around 90 mins. Would recommend‬

‪Lovely sunset trip!‬
‪Such a lovely, relaxing trip. The crew were very welcoming and chilled. Great way to see sunset. Drinks were topped up at no cost. Highly recommend this boat trip.‬

‪Double-booked and poor customer service‬

‪We arrived for our trip after having received confirmation of booking, where to meet, etc, only to find that the boat was full and the person taking out the boat had no record of our booking. We were given the number of someone from the office and he did get in touch after I emailed. However, there was no apology - just request for my bank details. The money paid into my account was less than I had paid (possibly due to exchange/administration charges from bank). I emailed Dreamboats asking them to make up the difference and have not received a reply. I did, however, get an automated email asking how we'd enjoyed the trip! understand people make mistakes but the way they deal with their mistakes is the difference between good and bad customer service.‬

‪Absolutely top notch service from start to finish. Gabriel has been very helpful over a number of years at helping to organise boat trips when in Lisbon. There was a large group in town for a wedding and Gabriel helped to organise a large catamaran for over 30 people including drinks for a very reasonable price. Everybody had a terrific time and it was one of the highlights of the week. Will always use Dreamboats on return trips to Lisbon for boat trips - never disappoints.‬

‪The crew was great, very helpful. We caught a lot of fish albeit, no record breakers. Beautiful day and a short ride to the fishing hole. Very international trip French, Italians, British and Americans.‬

‪Fantastic value for a wonderful experience‬

‪Great experience with a wonderful host! We left on time, it was a comfortable ride and not too crowded. Our host constantly checked on us to ensure we were having a good time and didn't need anything. The sunset views of Cascais were beautiful! Such an affordable and unforgettable experience. I really enjoyed it!‬
