We paid €5.45 each to travel from Alvor to Lisbon. The bus was only slightly late (10 minutes) and the driver was really lovely. I don't think there was a toilet on the bus but we stopped at Albufeira so it didn't really matter. There is a sign advising that customers should not eat on the bus. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this service. It provides excellent value for money and seems to be very reliable. I do not understand why there are so many negative reviews. Also, the air conditioning worked fine. We'd definitely travel this way again.

Péssimo ,não resolvem nada de perdido e achados . No fundo ontem só tinha uma pessoa no caso meu namorado,esqueceu uma bolsa com quase 500€ num envelope e o restante de dinheiro na carteira. A bolsa apareceu noutro acento de manhã e ninguém sabe de nada que raio não tem câmera no interior,mas o dinheiro da carteira permaneceu ,penso eu que se fosse um passageiro levaria tudo . Uma vez que não tem câmera ninguém iria saber. Ele sendo estudante e a vida dele dependia do valor pra pagar as suas propinas,foi ali e chorou que nem um bebé,disseram pra esquecer o dinheiro. E no mesmo autocarro foi encontrado um tablete,como é que encontraram tablete de noite e a bolsa de manhã? E porquê que o passageiro não levou relógio e o resto do valor? São tantas perguntas né .e o motorista que fez a última viagem será que não revistou ?enfim o dinheiro acaba a mesma

Very disappointed bus. No proper Ac in the bus 4 hours messy driving skills. The whole journey was terrible. Never recommend any one for their journey.

Os motorists são rudes e meu ônibus saiu 40 minutes late, very bad service, the drivers are very rudes, they are very bad, the drivers and my bus left 40 minutes late

Horrible, the driver was not friendly, didn’t stop to the destination, never take a bus again and taxi are cheaper ! Horrible experience

Bad service, APP with errors, not sending ticket only invoice, driver who says has nothing to do with the RNE and sockets that do not work .....only incompetence and very bad service and still it seems that it is me that create problems , a sadness...

Without a doubt the worst and rudest staff I've come across. When looking for information the staff member didn't even look up. I had accidentally bought the wrong destination online and even though I paid more for this destination than the one I required they refused to change the ticket for me. When buying my new ticket I walked up to the window, the staff member was reading a book and did not look up even though she knew I was there. When I said hello she rolled her eyes and eventually looked up. I went to another information stand to ask where to get my bus from and the lady just started shouting that my seat number was number 10.

Good afternoon.
I come by this means to complain about the service performed on August 24. That day I got up at 6:00 to take a flight to Lisbon, arrived and went to lunch in a hurry because I had my bus ticket for 15:15. The time came and we were informed that because of an accident the bus was late. The solution was to take us to Seven Rios station to take a bus at 16h to Lagos. Until then all right, delays happen, but when arriving at the station of seven Rios the driver who was in service was very unprofessional and rude to us. The delay was not enough yet we were forced to wait for all the other passengers who were on their schedule and the bus of departure to sit and we who were late still had to wait to be able to sit in the vacant seats without a minimum apology and understanding. We were told we could sit anywhere. Me and my boyfriend (he ticket nr 5105072812) as usual we wanted to go together as it was supposed so we sat right in the front seat that was vacant. The bus followed and stopped in Almada where more passengers entered, to which a girl who asked me for the seat because I had paid to sit there. I understand that you paid but I also paid, and I refused to leave making me feel embarrassed to want to take the trip next to my boyfriend and as if I was wrong...The girl and the driver were arguing with us that she should go out for you to sit in her place. Besides this there was also a passenger who embarked wrong, wanted to go to Lamego and followed the one in Lagos, this because there was no check of the tickets, we entered without being verified anything. This customer (India ethnic) was thrown out at the gas station of Palmela and by the words of the driver “the monhé that unravel”. Then we made a stop in Grandola for 20 minutes, even the customers complaining that we were already out of schedule the driver replied that it would be 20 or even could be 25 minutes...
At the end we arrived at Lagos at 22:00 where the starting time was 18:35. I could no longer get a package I needed to take on Monday morning because the store closed at 7 pm and now only Monday afternoon I can get it. A very bad experience and I will definitely not use renex / express network anymore. I will prefer to go at another time or even pay more than to use this company that in response to a delay, which I know it can be to anyone, treats customers who come from a late bus below others who are within their time, when they should try to reward them and treat them with sympathy and respect.

Uncomfortable and outdated bus. On the ticket, it says it has Wi-Fi and socket to charge the phone, and none of the options were available. Rude and poorly polite driver who found it right to stop the bus in the middle of the highway to complain with a passenger. Bad.

I am trying to register for a RFlex card on-line and the mobile phone number I am using (my real cell phone number) is listed as invalid. Does anyone know what the magic number would be if I'm from the U.S. I've tried the +1 in advance of the actual number, but the form asks for only 9 digits. If I use the +1 (to indicate the U.S. country code), and my 7-digit number, that's 12 digits. I'm clueless!

Devido a um erro técnico por parte das pessoas que recebem os bilhetes no autocarro (antes da entrada) e das que trabalham na bilheteira, em Faro, não conseguimos ir no autocarro pretendido (1:30, no dia 5, na rodoviária de faro). O próximo era às 6:15, esperámos que a bilheteira abrisse para pudermos tentar resolver a situação, a senhora disse não existir por isso pagamos novamente o bilhete para Lisboa. Chegando a Lisboa, esta funcionária Marisa Carvalho disponibilizou do seu tempo e fez todos os possíveis para que os nossos bilhetes fossem revalidados, coisa que em Faro ninguém tentou. Agradecemos a esta funcionária pela sua disponibilidade e ajuda!!

Rede Expressosの公式サイトでチケットを購入したいのですが、昨年はできたのにPCで公式サイトが表示できません。トラブル解消法のご教示お願います。

私の場合はサイトからではなく、PlayストアからmyRNEというRede Expressosのアプリで予約しました。
乗車の時もアプリの予約画面をスタッフに見せるだけで大丈夫でした。

Had a look on their site and copied and pasted the following.
Children from 4 years old up and less than 13 years old, may travel with a Child (half) ticket fare (art. 151st of RTA).
Children under 4 years old, if accompanied by an adult and if they don't occupy a seat, may travel for free (art. 150 of RTA).
