The guys at Vieguini are top-notch. By way of email communication, they had solid bikes that were adjusted to our specs. They even had a helmet that fit my big melon (no small achievement). Their suggested routing for our 6-hour day was spot-on. (The river-to-sea ride was terrific; the trails through the expansive and gorgeous Parque da Cidade do Porto were a treat.)

Great bike hire in Porto. Used the bikes for a cycle trip from Porto to Lisbon. No issues, friendly staff and good price. Would highly recommend.

Hired a bike here to do the Camino Portuguese everything went great from the booking process to the drop off point, the bicycle was great and perfect for the diverse terrain that is on the route.

The reservation of two scooters via email. This was quick and very correct. In the morning both scooters were waiting for us. A beautiful day and some driving around the region on the coast. When returning the scooters we were surprised by the heavy traffic. As a result, we could no longer refuel. This normally costs an extra 15 euros per scooter. We had been asked to return the scooters full of fuel, but there was no talk about the cost price if this fails. The Owner made a fair deal so we only paid for one scooter. Again very correct.

Loved this cute little shop, excellent choices and well maintained bikes. Great price for what we got, and we spent 4 lovely hours exploring Porto. They gave us a nice little map and ideas of where to go! Loved the e-bike assist ! The shop has excellent customer service as well! Bom Dia!

very nice trip from port to santiago along the coast and then via Pontevedra further inland Spain. Lots of platform paths that are very well maintained, lots of gravel paths that are very good to ride with electric mountain bike... a few times dismounting is necessary but this is minimal (I think 2 km on foot on the 360 km we did) Bikes were strong enough and we didn't have a flat tire or breakdown. Very nice hotels along the way and very nice restaurants. I am surprised that so few people undertake this adventure trip: a real must do! Beautiful villages, landscapes, the bustling sea: enjoy first to last minute!

Communicated with Vieguini prior to our trip. Quick response to emails. Location was perfect for rental of bikes. Bikes were in good condition. Included helmets and lock. Very reasonable pricing.
We biked for 2 hours along the river and then along the coast until the port. The first kilometre was on the sidewalk and was a bit tricky due to tram tracks.
Very enjoyable way to experience parts of Porto!

For how long can I get my deposit back?
I’m a customer who rent bicycle on 28th April, and I return it in the same day. The staff there did some thing and print the receipt for me. But according to the latest update( today is 7th May), the €150 deposit I paid by card hasn’t back to my account yet, I’m wondering how long do you guys wait for getting the refund?

Hello, I had rented two bikes for a day.
In the morning the shop asked for a deposit. at the end of the rental day all the money was returned to me.
All transactions were documented and I was given a deposit receipt and a release receipt.
Try to contact the store if you have not received the money back.

Hi
I'm looking to hire a scooter to go from Porto to Lisbon (I have a valid international licence), had a few questions:
1. Is the trip doable on a scooter in mid-June?
2. If yes, do I need to book the scooter in advance or do I come over and hire on the spot? Any differences in price in doing either?
3. Where do I need to drop the scooter in Lisbon? Is there a facility for it to be picked up from my Lisbon accommodation?
