‪I had made an order from them on their website. A big order, around $1,000 US. And pretty much everything came defective or extremely poor workmanship! They make misrepresentation on their website! Even small things, like candles being from the Holy Sepulhre Church, but those were just a regular candles. They arrived melted, not useful. A big senser, oil lamps, hanging oil lamps, locker crosses (necklaces) are defective and do not open… Literally everything! It was a big order! Then I had bought two lampadas (hanging church oil lamps). I specifically left a message that if those are defective, do not send them to me! Yet, when I got them, the chains and the rings for the glass are messed up and the glass votive doesn’t sit there properly! Save yourself from any stress and spend your money at some other stores!!! ‬

‪I ordered online a silver ring with the Greek ΤΦ letters, meaning the Guardians of the Holly grave. I used Revolut, which did not approve the transaction for some reason. After an hour or so, a representative of the seller called me, we found another payment solution and I had my parcel within 2 working days by courier. I wish to praise the call center for their customer support and efficiency. Although they are very busy they took the time to deal with a little order like mine and help me get my article fast. Thank you!‬
