Sehr empfehlenswert- Super nettes Team! Kennen viele verschiedene Tauchspots. Sie haben uns direkt vom Hotel abgeholt und zurückgebracht. Wir haben der Tauchschule 2 Tag im Vorhinein geschrieben und sofort eine Antwort und einen Termin bekommen.

Having never dived before myself and my partner decided to have a try dive at The Coral Diving Centre Crete, at the grand old ages of 58 and 54 respectively. We had the most amazing experience, they gave us real time tuition and a dive in the sea opposite the center, Costas was very good and very patient, as were all the staff, we had an excellent day and an amazing experience. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Ausgezeichnete Tauchbasis. Familiäre und lockere Atmosphäre,
Getränke stehen zur Verfügung, Equipment wird gemütlich zusammengestellt, ab in den Tauchanzug und Jacket und los gehts zum Zodiak, das direkt vor der Tauchbasis auf uns wartet.
Die Tauchplätze sind wunderschön und intetessant. Die Tauchequipe ist 1 A! Vielen Dank an Theodora, Costa und George. Das war eine unvergessliche, fantastische Tauchwoche (27.09-30.09.2022).

Bin jetzt zum 4. mal hier und kann diese Tauchschule sehr empfehlen. Alle Tauchgänge sind gut vorbereitet und niemand muß über seinen Fähigkeiten Tauchen. Sicherheit und Spaß am Tauchen stehen hier an erster Stelle.
Es ist zwar nicht das rote Meer oder die Malediven, aber es gibt auch hier viel zu erkunden. Das Sahnestück ist die Messerschmitt aus dem zweiten Weltkrieg.

Having planned only to do a couple of recreational dives, I was (easily) persuaded to complete my open water and then advanced open water by Costas. A brilliant decision. The team here is outstanding. Costas is a very calm and cool instructor who is firm but fair and gets the very best out of you. His backup team of Theodora (great at everything but her coffee is amazing) Karl and George are equally first class. I did most of my dives with Costas and my Nav dive with Karl and what struck me is the briefs are detailed and logical which made most of the underwater stuff much easier to follow (including a second or third chance if something didn't go quite right first time. The equipment is pretty much perfect/new and the small boat was great fun and well set out. I dived some cool sites, most especially the Messerschmit - a major milestone for me. Would recommend to anyone.

Kostas ed il suo team sono assolutamente professionali ponendo sempre la sicurezza al primo posto. Simpatia e cordialità completano il quadro. Le immersioni sono rilassanti di medio bassa difficoltà e sempre eseguite in relax.

Ualmindeligt god god oplevelse for et par, som var nybegyndere i forhold til scubadiving. Vi tog både begynderkurset og efterfølgende bådturen, og var fuldkommen tilfredse med vores køb.
Helt fra første møde følte vi os godt taget imod.
Alle var i godt humør og utroligt imødekommende ❤️
Undervisningen var grundig og kommunikeret på godt og forståeligt engelsk. Både inden, under og efter følte vi os velinformerede og trygge.
Helt klart besøget værd, hvis man søger en god og sikker første oplevelse med at dykke med iltflasker.
Kunne vi have givet flere stjerner end 5, så havde vi gjort det.
Tak for en helt fantastisk dag, Coral Diving Crete 🐠🐟🐙

My 17 year old son and I were looking for a refresher dive and maybe a couple of fun dives after a five year hiatus from scuba. We found Coral Diving just along from our hotel, having looked them up before we left the UK. We were both PADI Open Water qualified.
Costas and his team (Theodora, George and Karl) put us at ease straight away, taking us back to basics and getting us comfortable with equipment and techniques before a refresher straight from the beach. George was brilliant in his support and we immediately followed up with an afternoon Zodiac trip to George 1, easy but interesting, along a reef.
My son had aspirations to do his PADI Advanced Open Water, so we both signed up for later in our first week and the same day our e-learning arrived following our registration by the dive centre. Costas was our instructor, friendly, jovial but strict and highly professional, striking a perfect balance for our tuition. We did five dives over two days, each prefaced by a thorough briefing, with a debrief after. Every dive was different but the highlight was a 25m dive to a WW2 Messerschmidt about 800m offshore. Costas took a camera for this one and we have some amazing photos and videos.
Coral Diving’s equipment is all in excellent condition and much of it appears to be nearly new. We were both made to feel very welcome and over the days we settled into being temporary locals. On our last training dive Karl was very patient with our near-shore navigation efforts. As I write this we are waiting to hear if we have passed, but with another week to go we are hoping to book some more dives in with the team. Highly recommended.

Hi Guy , thank you for your kind words and review. We try at Coral Diving Center Crete to keep up the standards and safety as our first priority but also having some funny moments too. We hope that our team and personal was also helpful in all ways and made your stay at our Dive center and dives very welcome but also when in the water safe and comfortable. Cool place to dive, small groups, Fan instructors. I had 2 dives, rent the equipment from the dive center, very comfortable and new.

J’ai un niveau confirmé et possède 60 plongées, j’ai parcouru de nombreux club mais celui-ci est vraiment exceptionnel. Kostas est un directeur de plongée d’une grande expérience, de très bons conseils et très méthodique. C’est une ambiance conviviale avec des petits groupes, tout est personnalisé. Ce n’est pas une usine impersonnelle, ici l’équipe nous écoute et nous propose des solutions adaptées. J’ai fait le package des 10 plongées à la semaine avec la plongée du Messerschmidt wreck qui était exceptionnelle et l’option photo et vidéo proposée par le club pour garder de bons souvenirs. Merci Theodora pour la super organisation des plongées, Karl et Georges les professionnels qui nous ont accompagnés avec qualité et sécurité. Et merci à Kostas pour nos bons échanges et les bons conseils. Je recommande ce club, allez y sans hésitation !

Our Dive center is a family run dive center and we try our best to keep our standards to a high level. Coral diving centers top priority is safety but also in the same time having fun and enjoying every moment with it's clients.

Hi,
I am coming to Crete on my Honeymoon on September 1st and staying at the Mitsis Laguna.
I am very interested in the Messerschmitt dive that you do. Could this be done as a beginner in one dive? Or do you need to do a course lasting a few days?

Hi James, the Messerschmitt dive is too deep for a beginner even with your PADI OWD class. I just did the OWD class and there are four required dives for that class. I had the same interest as you it will be for another time I guess :) BTW the people at Coral Diving are amazing
