‪WE LOVED IT! I did this tour with two friends it was wonderful. The tour guide was the best - he had been a tour guide for years and knew everyone in Heraklion! People kept waving as we went by.
It was one of my favorite things we did in Greece!‬

‪Abenteuertour auf Kreta‬
‪Pünktlich Abholung durch den Guide Costa der Super deutsch spricht .
Auf der abenteuerlichen Fahrt gab er viele Informationen, Kräuterproben vom Wegesrand , schöne Landschaft mit vielen Fotostopps . Costa hat uns sehr sicher auch im unwegsamen Gelände auf 1500 m gefahren . Auch als Fotograf zeigte er sein Talent und schaffte witzige Erinnerungen .
Auf & Abstieg in die Tropfsteinhöhle wurden zu kleinen Herausforderungen aber lohnte sich unbedingt . Als einzigste Besucher konnten wir sie bestens genießen .
Zur Belohnung gab es anschließend ein sehr leckeres Menü in der Taverne . Die Inhaber waren sehr gastfreundlich und großzügig.
Es war ein wirkliche tolle Safari auf Kreta und unbedingt zu empfehlen.‬

‪Gary the goat killer‬
‪The best experience we have ever had. We had ‘Gary the goat killer ‘he was full of knowledge and humour, we laughed from start to finish. Or children loved the Land Rover, they didn’t want it to end - neither did we!! We recommend the Land Rover. This trip is expensive but it’s so worth the money.
Thank you Gary the goat killer for a fabulous experience

‪Day of history, great food and beautiful views‬

‪Had a wonderful adventure with our guide, Jason. He was very informative not only about the local culture, but the roll that the Crete has played in world history. We made a stop at a small, but successful Olive Oil factory, learned the art of olive harvesting and oil making. Continued on into the mountains, stopped in a few little villages to take pictures and shop. We made a quick stop at a small Monastery and traveled through local fields and learned about farming and how the Cretan resistance changed the path of WW2. The scenery was just unbelievable. There was so much information and so much to see, I wish we could have done two days with Jason on the tour. We stopped for a quick family style lunch, at a small local taverna, Stereos, in Katharon. What amazing food. So much to experience, and no one I would have rather than our guide Jason.‬

‪Request Vasilis as your guide!!‬
‪Vasilis was an amazing guide! My friends and I were looking for some fun activities to do in Greece that would show us more of the landscape and culture, and we came across Safari Club. This trip truly exceeded our expectations. Our english speaking guide was so knowledgable about the island, and he gave us insight on everything from Cretan food, to history, to Raki. By the end of the trip, we had made friends with the two other travelers in our group and were so glad we had this experience!‬

‪Fantastic excursion and would highly recommend. Great value for money. Brilliant guide (Jason) who knows absolutely everything about Crete, Lovely lunch. All in all a fantastic day.‬

‪Fantastic mountain day trip‬

‪Absolutely wonderful trip , our tour guide Darell who was English was brilliant with lots of information about everything, he took his time with us , we saw giffin vultures up in the mountains, visiting a olive farm and a goat farm tasting plenty of goats cheese and olives, Zeus cave was wonderful a certain for anyone able to climb up the rocks it was certainly a must see , then on to a lovely local restaurant for our well fed lunch with free flowing wine and local Greek food then on to see one of the oldest plane trees , then back down the mountains for a scenic drive back to the ship, a well worth day trip and Darell was brilliant. 10/10 trip.‬
