Avrebbe bisogno di un forte restauro dei manufatti ricostruiti perchè stanno perdenro il loro fascino. Comunque si tratta sempre di un complesso archegologico tra i più affascinanti.

This trip was well organised in a comfortable coach which turned up on time. Kostas and Anastasia worked hard to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves. Kostas is an amazing driver as some of the roads are rather challenging! It was interesting to see the dramatic landscape inland, certainly a change from the coast. A great day out when the weather wasn't warm enough for the beach.

Lovely beatiful place in Crete. Nice beaches and a nice old town where you can shop and eat. In late September, the weather was warn and nice. Perfect for being at the beach and swim in the sea. Restaurants are many with menus that suits every taste.

We enjoyed a fantastic day out with Anastasia & Kostas. They had us entertained from the start. Both fluent in English and German (and probably other languages as well). A packed and very interesting day with visits to, caves, museums, Convent, Gorge, villages and tavernas with stunning scenery plus music and dancing (in the street!). Kostas is an extremely talented muscian as well. Possibly the best excusion anywhere. Highly recommend Markidis Travel.

Die wohl beste Reiseagentur auf Kreta.
Wir können Markidis Travel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Von der Buchung, über die Organisation und die Busfahrt … alles perfekt 👌
Kostas ist nicht nur ein sehr guter Fahrer, er ist ein noch besserer Entertainer und Musiker.

Quando siamo arrivati c’erano soltanto un centinaio di persone. Quando siamo andati via il parcheggio non aveva più un buco. La strada sterrata lascia polvere ovunque e gli arbusti disponibili sono tutti con poca ombra. C’è già la fila al gabbiotto per il cambio costume e al bagno a prezzi differenziati di 0,50 o 1 euro, a seconda della pulizia e vetustà. Ma si viene ripagati dalla bellezza del posto. La sabbia rosa l’ho presa dal fondo del mare perché a riva non ce n’era più : tanti piccoli corallini rosa mischiati ad altri bianchissimi. Ovviamente l’ho ributtata in acqua, così come viene raccomandato.

Amazing tour, highly recommended. The lake is stunning and beautiful. Oil factory was very cool and interesting.

Tour was good, tour guide was lovely and so friendly. Only downside to our particular trip is that the Balos tour was joined with ours, prolonging our trip and causing some delays and waiting mid journey. The beach was amazing, a must see. Once in a life time experience. Mid September it wasn’t too busy. The beach sun beds with umbrella were €15 for 2 beds.
For the pick up, as I was unsure of this as it doesn’t say in the tour description. You can pretty much be picked up anywhere in the Chania town area. Some of our group got picked up at petrol stations, restaurants or banks near to their accommodation. We were staying in Tromarissis so we walked around 30 mins and got picked up at the Somaria Hotel in Chania but they left us to the Halepa hotel on the way home which was much closer to our accommodation.
Lastly we stopped at a small restaurant on the way home for 1hr. Food was great and not too expensive. Served very quickly also. There’s plenty of time to swim, sunbathe, eat and drink at the beach. Around a 4hr stay so plenty of time to chill.
Overall, good day out, amazing views on the journey of the mountains and beach, lovely tour guide but be wary of the long bus journey! Around 6/7 hrs on the bus.

La visita non dura molto ma i colori vivi dei resti del tempio e lo stato di conservazione di alcune parti sono davvero spettacolari. Nota stonata e l'organizzazione del personale, poco presente e quest' genera molta confusione e file interminabili soprattutto alle casse

We really appreciated this trip with our guide Andreas and the driver Yanis. Everything was well organised and well explained, and Andreas has a good sense of humor.
We had other trips with another agency but nothing to compare to Markidis Travel.

Bonjour de France, je vais séjourner avec mon fils à l'hôtel Bali Paradise à Bali. Proposez vous une journée à Santorin au départ de notre hôtel et à quel tarif ? (j'ai réalisée il y a quelques années et en aéroglisseur; je ne souhaite pas y aller plusieurs jours...Quelles autres excursions et à quel prix ? Merci d'avance, cordialement, Jocelyne
