Please, be careful to enter the OFFICIAL Klados Travel office that is in blue-white interior with blue-white Santorini sofa. IMPORTANT: We do not have any office in old town. In Rethymno we have ONLY 2 official offices: The first office is opposite to the entrane of Marina, 16 Sofokle Venizelou Street. The second office is on the beach road, down from Minos hotel and supermarket Chalkiadakis. In Missiria area we have official office down from restaurant Sofia's grill and nearby Coco Mat mattress shop. In Adelianos Kampos we have 2 offices, on the start and in the end of resort area, all offices in blue-white interior with blue-white Santorini sofa. One office is opposite to the hotel Aquila Rithymna Beach, under Orion studios and the second is nearby hotel Edem, opposite to the hotel Kathrin Beach. Dear Martha, unfortunately, due to the bad experience from the past (people reserve and NEVER appear) we cannot arrange any booking, especially not over TripAdvisor. Trip to Samaria gorge is serious and we have to speak and to check if you can join us (appropriate shoes, walking experience, walking in the sun, etc.). Moreover, we do not recommend if you arrive so early in the morning to go just few hours after to Samaria gorge, after all the night travelling to do walking we find as not good idea at all. Be so kind and visit us in office in 16th Sofokle Venizelou Street, opposite to the entrance of Marina in Rethymno. Please, be careful to find OFFICIAL office and not to fall into the trap of similar names (plenty in old town). On Sundays trips to Samaria we have a guide who speaks French as well and we can arrange front seat while booking so our guide can explain to you in French what you did not understand well.
