Hele goede service, snelle reactie en hij was mooi op tijd. Het was heel duidelijk waar hij zou staan dus de auto hadden we snel gevonden

La réservation, la ponctualité, le véhicule, le tarif et bien sûr le chauffeur. La conduite en sécurité. Tout y était pour passer un magnifique séjour. Je recommande à 100%

We used Taxi Service Rethymno for transfers to and from the Chania airport to our hotel in the Old Town of Chania, 10/13 and 10/17. We received excellent service and highly recommend using TSR. It was easy making a reservation from the US, and they were in constant contact with us.

My family and I used Stavros and Spyros and the TSR team for our transportation needs on two different occasions during our trip to Crete.
The first occasion was a transfer from the airport to our AirBnb. I contacted them six hours before the requested picked up time and they had a driver waiting for us with a nice clean Mercedes Sedan and a car seat for our two year old installed and ready to go. The driver was extremely helpful and resourceful in getting all of our luggage packed away into the vehicle safely for the over an hour long transfer.
The second occasion was the transfer back to the airport at the end of the trip. On this occasion TSR was courteous enough to allow my family and I to spend an hour and a half at the Palace Knossos on our way to the airport. The driver waited in the parking lot for us with our bags packed a way in the car so we could enjoy and easy and stress fee touring experience before heading to the airport.
I would highly recommend TSR for your transportation needs on Crete. Very courteous drivers, responsive, fairly priced, and clean vehicles.

Such a great taxi service. Very nice and professional and good price. Smooth ride in a nice luxury car I cannot complain! I will always use them when I go to Crete , Greece. Thank you

Excellent service. Je suis particulièrement satisfait par Taxi service Rethymno. Le taxi était vraiment ponctuel et le véhicule impeccable tant au niveau du conseil, du suivi et de la confiance qu'ils ont eue avec nous en ne demandant aucun acompte quand nous avons passé commande sur internet à partir de la France . Je recommande.

Har bokat dom för alla våra resor och utflykter, lugna, skickliga och trevliga chaufförer. Punktliga kom alltid 10 minuter före bestämd tid. Bekväma och fräscha bilar. Vill verkligen rekommendera dom både för flygplatstransfer och utflykter ger dom 10/10

Great service- super reliable. As a solo female traveller, I’m always super careful when it comes to booking taxis.
Stavros replied instantly. My flight was delayed but the driver was informed and waited for me. I would definitely use them again

Wir waren mit dem Taxiservice sehr zufrieden, Preis-Leistung stimmt, das Taxi war jeweils pünktlich und der Fahrer hat uns (trotz umbuchung des Hotels) gut gefunden..

TSR were very professional. The cars were of high quality and the drivers were excellent. Their time-keeping was spot on….and the email reminders the day before bookings (to confirm detail) were appreciated. Would recommend.

Stavros....what happened with our 0700 pickup. Very disappointed with such service. Now we’re trying to find other service!!

Sorry, but the €700 it cost us because “you forgot” is a HUGE MISTAKE. We missed our ferry and had to fly out because the next ferry wasn’t until Sunday. One dissatisfied customer!!!
