Poor service & tour. We were offered 3 & 4 hour tours on a Sunday at €135 or €180, the fourth hour was stated as a guided tour of St John's, and we paid for four. Our guide arrived 1/2 hour late, out of breath, informing us that St John's is closed to tours on Sunday and asked why we booked for 4 hours. We were offered a refund for the 4th hour and accepted only receiving €25 of the €45 difference for the fourth hour. Sadly, our guide also seemed quite ill and had trouble speaking and was frequently out of breath. It was not Chris who was mentioned in other reviews. Our guide had trouble walking the ups and downs of Malta and we (both over 65) were left constantly waiting and frequently stopping. We learnt more reading museum plaques than from explanations. We wrote to Chris, who wrote us signing off as 'guide and founder' with our problems and he did not reply. Too much success or lost interest?

My partner and I went to get a massage and everything was great. From the welcome, the atmosphere, the music, the sweetness of it. The spectacular massage. We asked him to do it to relieve tension and that's how it was, how can I describe it, a pleasant pain, and a lot of strength as well as delicate.
Super recommended. For a gift as a couple, for a self-gift, it is a massage that must be done and enjoyed.

On our recent visit to Malta (Dec 2024) we used My Dream Malta for 2 private tours; half day Malta Sightseeing and a full day Gozo tour.
From the first contact with Chris, enquiring about a tour to booking both tours, was extremely efficient, professional and courteous. Chris kept us constantly updated and answered any questions promptly. I rate the customer service a 10/10.
On our half day sightseeing of Malta Carmen was our tour guide. She was fantastic, informative and patient considering we were a large group of varied ages from kids, teenagers and adults.
Josette was our guide for the day in Gozo. Her knowledge and how this was shared was brilliant. Again, she was patient with our group.
We had two wonderful drivers, Joseph and Gerard, for both days. They were punctual, drove safely but more importantly were also patient. On our way back from Gozo, they drove us for a scenic view of Popeye village - thoughtful and considerate.
The whole experience with My Dream Malta was first rate with excellent and consistent customer service. l would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Malta and wishing to go on a tour.

My Dream Malta gave my family and I the best experience of Malta. If you are looking for a tour company that is highly responsive, ensures your comfort and still provides a variety of options both in price and experience then choose My Dream Malta. Chris, the owner and operator, is personally involved in advising you on the best options.
We took two tours with them. The first one was a half day tour of Malta in a private driven car. We were assigned a highly knowledgeable tour guide, Olympia, and a fun yet engaging driver, Gerrard. Olympia planned our tour around the south route of Malta and included everything I was hoping for in terms of history. We saw Marsaxlokk, Blue Grotto, Hagar Qim, Mdina and drive through of Rabbat. She was very knowledgeable and gave alot of historical details in the most story telling way.
Our second trip the next day was with Gerrard alone to the island of Gozo. It was also in a private driven car and a full day tour. Gerrard will be our best friend forever in Malta! He gave us a local's perspective to Gozo. He took us to Ggantija, Citadella, Salt Flats and then to the best seafood restaurant in Gozo. We were almost turned down at the restaurant because of how crowded it was, he made sure to get us a table for the best lunch so far in our stay in Malta.
Our 12 day trip to Malta was supremely enhanced by My Dream Malta. Not only did they help me plan the trip a couple of months in advance, communicated with me eveytime I had a question through out the two months, answered all my questions and customized the trip to our needs. We highly recommend them!! Thank you MDM!!!

It was an amazing experience. The three cities are beautiful and the massage was out of this world! A definitely must try!

My sister and I decided to come to Malta for the first time after almost 40 years because our father was from the island and even though he told us about it he never brought us here himself. He was from Birkikara and we were so surprised to learn that Caroline (our guide) was also from Birkikara! Small world ❤️. Long story short she was an AMAZING guide showing us around several cities and even showing me where to buy local foods my father grew up with. Unbelievably amazing tour guide and beautiful human being inside and out. Our driver was Joseph and he was amazing also and fun to talk to even though his only job was driving. Still he was courteous and punctual and very friendly. Both of these two made me and my sister feel very welcome in this island. You must do this tour and request Caroline and Joseph

I had a great day experience with Gerald very friendly and knowledgeable about the island. I had ample time on my own to explore take photos and stopped for coffee, a must if you’re visiting

Good if you want a nice, friendly driver that will take you around the island and take a picture or two. Not worth it if you’re expecting a tour guide who has extensive knowledge about Malta, it’s history and culture. For what we paid I would have hoped for more information throughout the trip. I have had better commentary on the hop on hop off bus recordings!!

hi latecia, the problem is you booked the chauffer tour, which doesn't include a licensed guide. that tour is good if you want to focus more on sightseeing rather than history.
For a more guided experience with details, you need to book the malta experience tour

Our Malta boating experience was magical. The water - so clear and blue and the geography spectacular! Captain Jimmy was so very accommodating and friendly.
