Small Museum with just few rooms, no Diorama and no vehicles, it makes this Museum really not interesting compared to the average of the war Museum.

The name is a bit misleading because the vast majority of the museum is about the occupation of Luxemburg during the war. As General Patton played a major part in the liberation of the country it however seems fair to give the whole museum his name.
I would say that the museum ticks all the boxes for being interesting, informative and educational. It consists of a few small rooms and all information is in French, German and English.
One of the rooms is dedicated to General Patton and there is a short film about his life that is particularly interesting - don't miss that. The film is in English.

Nous avons été reçu comme des visiteurs passionnés que nous étions. Le responsable du musée étant un passionné, lui aussi, nous avons eu droit au maximum de la visite commentée. C'était extraordinaire !

We traveled from the US to visit this sight arranged our trip around open hours all to get here and find that the museum is closed. We visited on Oct 13, 2019 and the door was locked and looked to be under construction. Their website does not mention closures other than Monday’s.

Zeer interessant en overzichtelijk museum. Een bezoekje meer dan waard.

El museo está cerca de la estación y cuenta con variedad de objetos de la guerra, muchos de ellos donados por gente del lugar. El museo es pequeño y aunque en general es interesante; destacaría la sala de aviación pues no es muy habitual encontrar en museos de este tipo motores de aviones que se estrellaron, por ejemplo.
Cierra los lunes, el resto de días se puede visitar de 10:00-17:00 por 5€.

This museum was done so well we were there for almost 3 hours we would have stayed longer but we were driving to nierstein Germany where Patton’s third army crossed the Rhine. They have lots of artifacts wonderful mementos of Patton the movies are excellent! Covered the Luxembourg history with the Patton history and where the two entwined if ever back there we would go again! They are closed on Monday

We heard about this museum and decided to take a slight detour to visit it. Not at all disappointed. Organized chronologically from the occupation to the resistance to the liberation, it is a great glimpse into what the occupation and war in Luxembourg was like. Not just about Patton, this also features some of the local heros and the resistance as well. Definitely worth the visit and very poignant at this time in the world.
