‪The Kulturfabrik is a place of inspiration.‬

‪The trip to the Kulturfabrik was worth it for me in that I came out of there with a whole lot of creativity after having given up a long time ago, after severe strokes of fate, depression, loss and break-ups. I basically have a pessimistic attitude that there is nothing in this world that needs to be lived.

Before that I did not bother to write and I didn't read books much either. Western languages have always been a huge challenge for me, as my mother tongue is Vietnamese. I don't think I need to explain any further, that goes without saying.

After a moving event in the "Ratelach" in 2020, I started writing random anecdotes from life and a number of poems were written. The poems then became calligraphies with ink on paper. Out of boredom, I hung them on the wall of our restaurant in Bonnevoie. Suddenly there was a lot of interest in it.

One day a young man came to eat in our restaurant and invited me to the Konschteck. So I became part of this wonderful artist collective and had a studio space in the heart of Luxembourg without having to pay rent.

There I created the art installation "The Rat Hole", a poetic art installation containing sixteen letter bottles representing Molotov cocktails, with a lot of text and poetry.

I had received very good criticism for this work. It fit like a glove in this exhibition space and is ephemeral, so it can never be reproduced again, as I have already given away a few Molotovs.

I sold a fragment of it to a British filmmaker with the inscription: "Xuan war e Punk, wou wéi ech och. Ech sinn just net esou extrem."‬

‪I love this place. Great restaurant (really good food, but quite expensive) the bar (lovely, especially during summer), the concert room (not too big and good acoustics) and all the different kind of events (sports, being together, fashion, music,..)‬

‪Nous sommes allés voir un spectacle dans ce lieu vraiment sympa. La réhabilitation du lieu a été réalisé avec soin et vaut le détour.
Le personnel est sympa en plus !‬

‪Excellent example of how to recycle buildings. Built as a slaughterhouse but now turned into a rock club and center for cultural activities. Very cool industrial feel to the place. Perfect for club gigs with a crowd of a few hundred people.
Bar convenient located to the side of the stage in a separate room. Nice restaurant next door.‬
