‪82 € Admission an adult, a child , nice - theoretically you can drive anywhere ,practically not , crowds, long waiting times, in the gastronomy - 0815 Burgers, French nuggets rip-off
An apple juice squirted in the plastic bottle 3.90 €! Staff not flexible - after the meal we wanted to get another ice cream, the ice cream was already selected and removed from the chest - but it could not be collected. The gentleman at the cash desk seriously demanded that we line up again at the end of the line and it was very long!‬

‪Worse every year since the takeover‬

‪Too bad how the park gets more expensive and actually worse every year. To 5 190€ admission, since Gardaland etc is cheaper. And the many cute old things are neglecting more and more and the new ones are constantly broken. Prices for food that used to be really ok have become idiotic. Too bad our children are getting too big anyway‬

‪Unfortunately, like the last times, some technical problems...
On the slide one of our girls stopped in the middle of the slide.
Beaver train was closed at first for maintenance, then we were almost there, there was again about 15 minutes maintenance....
The scarecrow was completely closed, the apple carousel was also broken. And that at the entrance fee of about 40€ per person.
Apart from that, the tasting prices are enormous...
You have to think really carefully by now...actually we had always loved being there...‬

‪Nice park with cruel cuisine at overpriced prices‬

‪Very nice and well maintained park with great rides and play facilities.

The point deductions are available for the totally unacceptable and cruel food around entire park at inflated prices.
You don't expect haute cuisine, but what's on offer here borders on something you wouldn't even feed an animal.

So it is best to just bring a backpack with food and drink for the day.‬

‪We were at the Family Park yesterday, May 30th, 2024. We have been going there regularly for 9 years. Since the new takeover, this park has mutated more and more into a "rip-off facility". Yesterday we paid 164€ for admission, but then a thunderstorm suddenly put an end to it. A drink now costs 3.9€, which is really unbelievable. We had to pay a whopping 10€ for what felt like 3 fries with ketchup. A raincoat at the Biberbahn costs 3€ and if you want to dry yourself afterwards, another 3€. In summary, a used car, I would say. I now ask the following question: Why should I actually go there again, when I can also go to the Vienna Prater for the same price, which actually has better attractions for older children. Furthermore, it is unbelievably outrageous that children as young as 3 have to pay the same price as adults. With the usual waiting times of at least 30 minutes for each attraction, it is simply far too expensive. I will not go to the Family Park again, firstly because it is too expensive and secondly because not much has changed in nine years regarding the attractions. My conclusion: I can no longer recommend it because it is just a rip-off‬

‪Good park, bad food‬

‪The park is really nice but the food?!
We have a gluten-intolerant child and they have absolutely no gluten free restaurants. Furthermore, the employees at the tavern explicitly rejected to make a hamburger without onion and garlic, even though we clearly stated that I am histamine intolerant. The girl giving out the food (Hungarian, in glasses with very thick eyebrows) was also very very very rude.‬

‪Beautiful park. Ideal for families with children aged between 3 and 12 years. Full of games and refreshment points. Austrian organization therefore perfect. Courteous staff. Leonardo Da Vinci's game is fantastic. Unmissable.‬

‪Went on a public holiday and paid at the gate.
Park maps are given out in English and German.
Don't expect it to similar to Disney, think of it more as an early version of Europa Park!
Tickets can be bought cheaper in advance online .
Rides suitable for all ages and fitness and very short lines, even for the more popular rides.
Lovely landscaped gardens with fairy tale scenes and animations dotted round the park.
Snack bars and one big cafeteria style restaurant selling basic Germaninc/ American style cuisine.
Great day out with plenty of space to add new rides.

‪We go to Halloween every year 🎃 this year it was unfortunately very quiet, little music, food on offer was very minimalistic but the evening show was very interesting and recommended.
In previous years it was much nicer‬
