‪Fantastic experience, atmosphere, and food‬

‪Attending the Edelweiss Cooking school was so much fun. My husband and I were on vacation and we try to do a cooking class whenever we travel abroad to learn a little bit about the cuisine of the country we are visiting. We thoroughly enjoyed making the pretzels, dumplings, and apple strudel with the others who were in the class. The team was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you!!‬

‪Great class. Make more than just apple strudel. Small class size and have multiple tables so there is plenty of opportunity to get your hands dirty ‬

‪Loved it!!!!‬

‪We loved this entire experience!!! We had a group of about 12-15 people. We were paired off and we each got to make our own apple strudel and souffle.
They gave us a nice beef stew that was delicious and offered us wine, beer or soda (at our cost). After the stew the desserts were ready and we got to eat them!!! Sooooooo delicious and amazing to know how to make them both! We will try our best to re-create them in our own kitchen when we get back home. The setting of the class was in a little nook in the side of a mountain which was a very interesting setting and added to the experience.
We LOVED this and give it an A+ !!!

‪This was such a smooth class! Everything was well prepped and timed. The soup was phenomenal and the two baked desserts were amazing! ‬

‪Cours cuisine pour desserts‬

‪Le chef nous fait une très belle démonstration avec beaucoup de détails des 2 recettes planifiée (strudel et nockerin). Chacun peut s’exercer ensuite à réaliser les 2 recettes. Le bol de goulasch était succulent. A recommander pour les amoureux de la cuisine.‬
