Dear Seat47, Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry for your inconvenience. I'm not sure what have happened here, but the section on our TripAdvisor profile should inform you that we only do tours between 10th of June and 7th of August this summer. In addition it informs that spots on the tour need to be booked in advance in order for participants to be secured a spot, as we limit our capacity in order to give the best possible experience. We also do not have any tour at 10 am. Our tours is 09:00, 11:00 and 13:00 (15:00 possibly on request). Hope this was helpful and clarified this unfortunate experience for you. Best regards, Nicholas
