Thank you to the cheerful helpful guy who sold my ticket, got my snacks and even took my rubbish from me on my way out.
You made my visit more enjoyable!

I had excellent service from a young employee called Harrison, he was very efficient and very polite and went out of his way to help me. We need more young people like this!

TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH ODEON, WE WENT last Monday and the cinema was filthy some seats taped up, the flooring was sticky and filthy, carpets absolutely filthy hadn't been cleaned. Put our hands on top of seats and surfaces and it was all sticky. I did actually complain the flooring hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned same for carpets. We certainly won't be going again totally disgusting the state of the place. Clean the cinema where you watch the film or do you expect people to sit in fifth.

We visited the Odeon to see the new turtles movie. We were encouraged to pre-book online to receive a free turtles mask. Even after booking we received emails about booking to receive a free mask. This was something that my 6 year old son was very excited about.
On arrival nobody knew anything about the masks, so I was directed to ask the manager who was checking tickets. When he checked our tickets he said he didn’t know anything about any masks and they’d not been delivered. I said this was disappointing as my son was becoming upset and he just shrugged and said ‘all promotions are while stocks last’
Movie was fine, but the toilets… wow. A smack head would feel uncomfortable using the gents toilets they are that dirty.
I’d fully recommend to anyone wanting to go to the cinema to go to Bridgwater. New cinema, better service, clean toilets, attentive and informed staff.

We saw Elvis at the Odeon in Kingston and were lucky if we could understand 60% of the dialogue as the sound was so muffled, and it's not the first time either.

very poor booking experience, booked on line but they confirmed the wrong times. The email confirmation has no contact numbers and no ability to amend the booking. Same for the app, and the phone number i found , no body can be bothered to answer

Friendly staff (Fiona?) and nice cinema but needs more vegan options including vegan milk for hot drinks!!!

Honestly, going here felt like daylight robbery. We went to a viewing during the day. After being used to reclining seats at a Showcase cinema, we thought we’d upgrade to the premium seats (what a waste that was as the only difference in the seats I could find was that they didn’t fold and the arm rest has a tiny bit of padding. Oh, and it was red!) Two tickets cost £32 - how?! We had set up a MyOdeon account before we arrived as it said we got a discount on the tickets, but when we arrived, the cashier told us that was only for online tickets - needs to be advertised better.
We got a regular popcorn (which was the same size as a small in most other cinemas) and a bottle of water. The whole thing came to over £40. £40 for two tickets, popcorn and water. That is horrendous. The cinema wasn’t even quiet either, so it’s not like they were struggling to make ends meet that day. The screen room itself was fine. It was too bright and the room was miles away from the toilets so if you needed the loo, you missed a big chunk of the film. Will not be returning. Ever.

£11 for a ticket?!?! There are other cinemas selling tickets for £4.99, how can Odeon rob us like this? Watched Spiderman no way home and the lights in the room specifically by the stairs at the end of our row were too bright.
People talked all the way through the movie, not even in a whisper but like they were going for a coffee with friends, it was seriously that loud. Also too many people got up to go out and come back in, it really disturbed the film. Obviously these issues aren't the cinemas fault but it seems this cinema attracts that kind of audience. The type that like to make noise during quiet scenes and take selfies with the flash on.
Seats weren't bad but the rows didn't have much elevation, booked nearer the back thinking we'd be sitting higher up but the whole room was pretty much flat so it made little difference.
Wouldn't go here again. Definitely not for £11.

Spiderman!
Had recliner seats. Enjoyed it. Wasn't aware of the subtitles that were going to be on screen for whole film, and on later discussing afterwards, neither were the 4 people I was with, and we all booked separately.
Maybe this needs clearer advertising- remember, with great power, comes great responsibility.

I am worried that i will be too close to the screen and do not want to be looking up sharp all through the movie? also, is the screen room very small with around 30 seats in? many thanks
