We were in the area and decided to visit this place. The parking charge is ok, quite a lot of parking spaces. There is some buildings near the where the entrance to car park. There is also a small narrow gauge railway here which operates on a Sunday until 4pm. We unfortunately didn't get a chance to go on, it is about £2.50 which is reasonable.
The place is nice to have a walk around, it felt reasonably safe walking round the various routes such as woods and around the edge of the water. There is a place to sent some tricycles and a small play area for kids. This is a nice place to have a walk around

Obviously not faulting the actual park which is pleasant to walk around except the motorway noise and HS2 construction which isn't the fault of the park.
Was disappointed to find the visitors centre closed so no access to hiring the disability scooters .
We had tried ringing at the weekend , when apparently they are still open but just answer machine directing you to website.
Did the best we could with me pushing the wheelchair for an hour or so then headed to the cafe.
Yo be told by a disinterested server with no customer service whats so ever that there were no Vegan options..
Couldn't believe it in this day and age.
Someone advised us to go to cafe at nearby Middleton lakes which was wonderful.
Shan't bother paying £4.95 to go to Kingsbury again would much rather support the local RSPB reserve.

We love this country park, and spent another enjoyable few hours here last week. It’s so peaceful during the week and you can’t fail to leave feeling more relaxed than when you arrived. We also love the cafe, who make beautiful fresh sandwiches whilst you wait.

Fabulous day exploring and relaxing at the water park. So beautiful. £3.50 to park here £4.50 main carpark. The weather was fabulous on our trip

We are regular visitors to Kingsbury - it’s our dog’s new favourite walk. There is an option to buy an annual parking which works out cheaper if you are regular visitors to the local parks. Visit the Warwickshire county website or ask in the information centre(shuts at 3pm). The rangers are friendly and work hard to keep the site clean. Lots to watch with the miniature boats, jet bikes, and sailing. Our teenage visitors love the bikes for hire and all visitors the railway - whether riding or waving to those passing. The highlight is of course Alan’s ice cream van as a reward after your walk. The children’s play park looks fab and there aAre some outdoor exercise equipment dotted around.

Really beautiful place. Great for walking with lovely views. Good play area for kids and a cafe aswell.

Great place to walk, large carpark £5 all day so expensive just to pop in for a coffee in the excellent café. There is also a miniature railway although it wasn't running when we were there. Lakes for fishing, sailing, jetski, well worth a visit

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It's great to hear you enjoy what's on offer at the park. It's worth noting that parking near the main entrance costs after 4pm costs £3.30, and parking at Broomey Croft (accessible by taking the entrance on the other side of the M42) costs £3.30 throughout the day.

I recently visited the park and fished on Kingfisher pool. This is my 3 rd visit in the last 12 months or so. Just some constructive criticism from me, I think it is reasonable to say that it is not the fishery it once was. I am a fisherman man and boy for over 40 years ( coarse and game) so I think it fair to say not a novice. I fished the park in the 80’s 90’s and so on so I think it also fair to say I have seen a lot of change there. I even saw west burdetts pool emptied when the motorway was being built through it. I fished the specimen pools back then, and though it was never an easy venue I caught some excellent fish even by todays standards. I find it sad to see the way that these pools have declined. I have struggled to catch even small fish ( yesterday being such an occasion). This was never the case previously. I wanted to fish Heron pool with my daughter as it was unfishable last year due to weed and it is already starting to resemble the same now as with Kingfisher a lot of the pegs are unfishable, suffering weed and tree overgrowth. I hope to keep returning from time to time as this is a very special place for me and I hate to criticise it. This is only a view from an anglers perspective and it is still a lovely park nonetheless.

Beautiful place. Visited here April 2023, the walk is lovely. The park is kept in great condition. Parking is set at £4.50 no matter how long you stay so that is something to bare in mind. This time of year it was quite easy to get parked but even in the bad weather it was still full of people. There’s a small train ride and a park for kids of all ages. There was also a small cafe which was lovely. Would recommend! There is so much to do here and if you like being near water it is 10/10.

Good signage leads you to the park, which has plenty of parking. We walked round the main lake, the paths are okay, but were quite muddy due to recent rain. The park maps show an extensive route of paths across a wide area so there's lots to explore.
Jet skis whizzed around the lakes making as much noise as they could. Lots of children about getting up to mischief and being ignored by their parents.
A great natural resource which could be developed more.

Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately heavy rainfall does sometimes cause issues on some of our paths - the ranger team work hard to manage the site in a way that allows good run-off, but sometimes it can be very difficult.

I’ve only ever gone on the weekends however, if you go on the parks website I’m sure there is a number you can call to confirm.
