The floor was so cold and and my feet were like an ice cube but the trampolines were very fun.
After, I went upstairs and got a teacake and it was freezing cold so I put it in the bin.

We just wanted to issue a massive thanks to all the staff at Fusion Trampoline Park. We visited in December with our youth group and were so thankful for every member of staff in there who took the time to look after our young people. From the early stages of contact via phone/email, management were excellent in responding to our enquiries and ensuring an affordable trip for all our young people! (Particularly, Andrew. Thank you so much!) Special thanks also to Brodie who was particularly excellent in looking after one of our young people with Autism. We will definitely be visiting again.

This is a really good facility especially for kids.
The main area is full of trampolines with a zip wire above.
There is a decent cafe/ viewing area and there is also a dinosaur themed mini golf park on site.

I booked my daughters 6th birthday party. Absolutely great service and the kids love it. Our host Ollie made everything stress free, organising everything through the event and was amazing with the kids. Highly recommend to any one thinking of booking a party.

The trampoline place was adequate and the children enjoyed the different activities. However, following a detailed safety video and talk by staff, there appeared to be no safely but into place. Older children were charging around (running and chasing each other) which is fine until you have younger children in the way. On more than one occasion much older teenage young people in groups ran into or nearly into our younger children sending them flying! I also witnessed many other children get hurt by older children too. Staff (kids themselves) did not seem to be implementing the rules and seemed more interested in “talking” to groups of teenage girls rather than watching out for the safety of younger children/families across the trampoline park. The space isn’t big enough for the amount of people they let in and it felt carnage at times! Not enough staff, not really doing their jobs, or have the back up from older more experienced staff/management.

Jurassic Golf was amazing, fully wheelchair accessible (with assistance as the edges are raised) The greens are easy to maneuver a wheelchair over. there is an accessible toilet.

It’s a great place, perfect for if you or little ones love bouncing around. It can be quite Buisy at times,we were at a party but they do offer toddler only sessions and autism/send sessions ideal for if you have young ones or don’t like to much noise lights people ect. It would be great if they also did an autism/send session on a morning time or erlier than the evening for those that can’t do evenings. Staff can be great, sometimes you do often have to find yourself asking or telling kids things yourself.

Great place for kids and the toddler sessions are fab, they could do with being 90 minutes instead of 60 though. Lovely clean soft play cafe and trampolines but it was a bit of a health and safety hazard at the back where they are doing work and a door open kids could get out.
The lockers are terrible so tiny and they break so we had to wait ages to get one unlocked! The place is a warehouse and the floors are like dirty old warehouse floors everywhere like where you change shoes so not so nice. Overall though its a fab fun place just need a bit of work done.

It’s taken me a while to write this, but upon hearing about someone else’s experience I feel the need to share what happened with my family. At a visit to the trampoline park some time ago my son (who is autistic, non verbal and has severe sensory issues) was treated horribly by this park. both by the staff on the day and then by the owner in her email replies to my complaint. He wouldn’t wear the socks, which I understand the rules state they are to be worn, but because of this we were told my son was only allowed on one particular trampoline and wasn’t allowed to move off it, which he wouldn’t understand he couldn’t move off it and I wouldn’t isolate him anyways. They didn’t give me the time or the opportunity to just calm him down and try and get his socks back on him they just said we needed to get off the trampolines while my son was crying hysterically as he didn’t understand why he was being taken off the trampoline when he’d just got on. They told us that they would provide bigger socks as a solution - which would be more of a slipping hazard than if he didn’t wear them as they’d just slide off his feet. The staff stood and looked on while my child had the most awful meltdown and was causing injury to himself and me also, they watched me have to stop him from banging his head off their concrete floor, they ignored me at the front desk while I stood there in tears with an hysterical child fighting to get out of my grip while the manager who was supposed to be dealing with the incident had wandered off and was playing on the trampolines with other children. Not once did anyone ask if I needed help, not once did anyone ask if my child was ok and not once were we offered the use of the quiet, private room they boast about when advertising their autism “inclusive” sessions while my child was having a full meltdown in front of the whole park and had everyone staring at us. I was asked by a member of staff if we’ve ever attended the autism sessions - as if we shouldn’t have been there at a standard session and should be restricted to that one session. At one point I seen a member of staff looking over smirking.
In response to my complaint the owner just ignored most of my points which included that we sign a waiver that they’re not responsible for ANY injury received while there any ways, that by telling me he was allowed to be segregated to one trampoline then they were breaking their own rules anyways as he’d have still been on a trampoline with no socks, and she completely ignored me when I pointed out that according to the equality act 2010 (which I quoted in my email), my son had been a victim of indirect discrimination. i again mentioned in a further email that she’d ignored my mention of the equality act and again I was ignored. I guess she had no response to it as she knew they were in the wrong - so she just ignored it. She offered to send more socks through the post and a free session for my family to attend as if that was going to make up for it. Both offers were turned down as I’ll never put my son at risk of being in that situation again. He was left incredibly distressed, as were my other children as they had to be taken out after 5 minutes and thought they’d done something wrong. The staff need more training on how do deal with SEN especially autism as they run autism sessions. I pointed out there’s more to being inclusive than dimming the lights and turning the music down but again, I was ignored. Through out multiple emails the owner didn’t once ask how my son was until I pointed this out and she kept rudely referring to him as “your boy” even though his names was mentioned several times. They aren’t interested in actually listening to parents views to try and improve their understanding of autism, they just want to put money in their till. The staff working that day should be thoroughly ashamed over how my child was treated, but their attitude that day would indicate otherwise.

We had a lovely time at Fusion to celebrate our daughter’s 6th birthday today. We were well looked after, all of the kids and adults had a really good time, the kids (and some adults!) had a fab time bouncing about and the food was lovely!
Special mention to our party host Joe who was really lovely, made sure we all had a great time and really made sure our daughter was made to feel special on her birthday.
Would definitely recommend booking a birthday here!
